【摘要】：由于工程進(jìn)展的需要進(jìn)行腳手架的搭設(shè),腳手架對建筑工程的施工工期、工程質(zhì)量、工程造價和人員安全有著直接的影響,腳手架工程費(fèi)用占主體土建費(fèi)用的3%左右,占施工措施費(fèi)的15%左右,但現(xiàn)有研究中很少系統(tǒng)地對腳手架計價方法進(jìn)行研究。本論文對各地定額的腳手架項目劃分、計算規(guī)則進(jìn)行研究,比較各地定額在腳手架工程項目設(shè)置上的區(qū)別,探求較合理的腳手架項目設(shè)置方式；本文通過比較定額中腳手架材料、工日消耗量及其費(fèi)用與實際施工過程中的材料租賃、勞務(wù)分包工效及其費(fèi)用之間的區(qū)別,探求定額在實際施工過程中的適用性,并在以上對比的基礎(chǔ)上探求施工企業(yè)自身積累腳手架工程歷時資料的必要性及其方式；本文還對三版計價規(guī)范進(jìn)行對比,分析計價規(guī)范中存在的問題;本文通過對實際施工過程中存在的變更、索賠情況進(jìn)行分析,探求有利于進(jìn)行變更、索賠結(jié)算的計價方式。通過研究,論文對定額中腳手架工程項目的設(shè)置方式、施工企業(yè)對腳手架成本核算的方式、腳手架變更索賠結(jié)算的方法、造價爭議的解決方法都給出了較為可行的解決方式;論文給出了施工企業(yè)在積累腳手架工程歷時資料時所要關(guān)注的方面,并針對腳手架工程的清單計價方式給出建設(shè)性的意見。
[Abstract]:Due to the need of scaffolding, scaffolding has a direct impact on the construction period, quality, cost and safety of personnel. The cost of scaffolding works accounts for about 3% of the main civil construction costs. It accounts for about 15% of the cost of construction measures, but there are few systematic studies on scaffolding pricing methods in the present research. This paper compares the differences in the setting of scaffolding project between different places, and probes into the more reasonable scaffolding project setting mode, and compares the scaffolding material, daily consumption and cost with the material lease in the actual construction process, by comparing the scaffolding material, the daily consumption and the cost of the scaffold in the quota. The difference between work efficiency and cost of labor subcontracting, the applicability of quota in the actual construction process, and the necessity and method of accumulating scaffolding project duration data by construction enterprises themselves on the basis of the above comparison; This article also carries on the contrast to the three edition valuation code, analyzes the question existing in the valuation specification, through the analysis to the actual construction process existence change, the claim situation carries on the analysis, the exploration is advantageous to carry on the change, Through the research, the paper sets the mode of the scaffolding project in the quota, the way of the cost accounting of the scaffolding in the construction enterprise, the method of settlement of the scaffolding change claim, The methods to solve the cost dispute are all given more feasible solutions, the paper gives the construction enterprises in the accumulation of scaffolding engineering data to pay attention to the aspects, and in view of the scaffolding engineering list valuation methods to give constructive advice.
