【摘要】：漢中明清時(shí)期的城市歷史格局構(gòu)成中,集中形成了四個(gè)歷史片區(qū)。為了保護(hù)漢中老城區(qū)的歷史空間格局,歷史片區(qū)的保護(hù)至關(guān)重要�！稘h中市城市總體規(guī)劃(2010—2020)》中明確了四個(gè)歷史文化街區(qū):東關(guān)正街歷史文化街區(qū)、古漢臺歷史文化街區(qū)、南關(guān)正街歷史文化街區(qū)、西關(guān)正街歷史文化街區(qū)。本文以漢中市四個(gè)歷史文化街區(qū)為研究對象,通過調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)在總規(guī)中劃定的四個(gè)歷史文化街區(qū)的保護(hù)區(qū)劃沒有有效的保護(hù)歷史街區(qū)的真實(shí)性、完整性,使歷史文化街區(qū)在總體規(guī)劃審批之后的城市建設(shè)中沒有得到真實(shí)有效地保護(hù)。為了有效地保護(hù)漢中市歷史文化街區(qū),重新劃定區(qū)劃成為一個(gè)迫在眉睫的問題。本論文首先對國內(nèi)外的文獻(xiàn)和相關(guān)課題進(jìn)行研究,進(jìn)行資料收集和整理,以調(diào)研成果為基礎(chǔ),通過文獻(xiàn)研究追溯漢中市老城區(qū)歷史地段形成原因,通過調(diào)研對街區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀和歷史進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的記錄。其次,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外相關(guān)法律文件和歷史文化街區(qū)保護(hù)規(guī)劃的項(xiàng)目總結(jié)出街區(qū)保護(hù)區(qū)劃的層次和原則,并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,提出了漢中市歷史文化街區(qū)核心保護(hù)范圍、建設(shè)控制地帶、風(fēng)貌協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)的劃定原則。本論文基于調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上對漢中市歷史文化街區(qū)進(jìn)行價(jià)值特征分析。首次運(yùn)用色譜正片疊底評估法對建筑風(fēng)貌特色進(jìn)行評估;并在世界文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)視角進(jìn)行歷史文化街區(qū)的價(jià)值評估,在歷史文化名城保護(hù)的視角下劃定保護(hù)區(qū)劃;同時(shí)在對四個(gè)歷史文化街區(qū)的價(jià)值進(jìn)行綜合評估的基礎(chǔ)上,重新劃定漢中市歷史文化街區(qū)的保護(hù)區(qū)劃。最后,本論文根據(jù)評估結(jié)果確定,原有總規(guī)中劃定的東關(guān)正街歷史文化街區(qū)、古漢臺歷史文化街區(qū)仍然符合歷史文化街區(qū)相關(guān)規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),原有總規(guī)中劃定的南關(guān)正街歷史文化街區(qū)、西關(guān)正街歷史文化街區(qū)其現(xiàn)狀不符合歷史文化街區(qū)的相關(guān)規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),只能以歷史地段來對待。本論文結(jié)合相關(guān)研究建立漢中市歷史文化街區(qū)的評估框架體系,建立了遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值評估和現(xiàn)狀評估的評估因子,通過對漢中市歷史文化街區(qū)的遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值評估和現(xiàn)狀評估劃定歷史文化街區(qū)的保護(hù)區(qū)劃。為漢中市歷史文化街區(qū)、歷史地段保護(hù)工作奠定基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)也對其它歷史文化街區(qū)保護(hù)區(qū)劃提供思路與參考。
[Abstract]:In order to protect the historical space pattern of the old urban area in Hanzhong, four historical regions were formed in the formation of the historical pattern of the city during the Han Dynasty, Ming and Qing dynasties. The protection of the historical district is of great importance. The "Hanzhong City Master Plan 2010-2020" identifies four historical and cultural blocks: the historical and cultural district of Dongguan Street, the historical and cultural district of ancient Han and Taiwan, and the historical and cultural district of Nanguan Street. This paper takes the four historical and cultural blocks of Hanzhong City as the research object and finds that the protection zoning of the four historical and cultural blocks defined in the general rules does not effectively protect the authenticity and integrity of the historical blocks. In order to effectively protect the historical and cultural blocks of Hanzhong City after the approval of the master plan, the historical and cultural blocks have not been truly and effectively protected in urban construction. Rezoning has become an urgent problem. Firstly, this paper studies the literature and related topics at home and abroad, collects and arranges the data, and based on the research results, The paper traces the reasons for the formation of the historical section in the old urban area of Hanzhong City through literature research, and records the current situation and history of the block in detail through investigation. Secondly, Combined with the relevant legal documents at home and abroad and the projects of the protection and planning of historical and cultural blocks, this paper summarizes the levels and principles of the district protection zoning, and in combination with the actual situation, puts forward the core protection scope of the historical and cultural blocks in Hanzhong and the construction control zone. On the basis of investigation and research, this paper analyzes the value characteristics of Hanzhong historical and cultural district. For the first time, it uses the method of chromatographic positive stacking bottom evaluation to evaluate the architectural features. At the same time, on the basis of the comprehensive evaluation of the value of the four historical and cultural blocks, the paper evaluates the value of the historic and cultural blocks from the perspective of the protection of the world's cultural heritage, and delimits the protection regionalization from the perspective of the protection of the historic and cultural cities. Finally, according to the evaluation results, this paper determines that the historical and cultural district of Dongguanzheng Street, which has been designated in the original general rules, is the historical and cultural district of Dongguanzheng Street. The historical and cultural blocks of ancient Han Dynasty and Taiwan still meet the standards of the relevant regulations of the historical and cultural blocks. The historical and cultural blocks of Nanguan Street and Xiguan Street, which were originally defined in the General rules, do not meet the standards of the relevant regulations of the historical and cultural blocks. This paper establishes the evaluation frame system of Hanzhong historical and cultural district, and establishes the evaluation factors of heritage value evaluation and current situation evaluation. By evaluating the heritage value and the present situation of the historical and cultural blocks in Hanzhong City, the protection regionalization of the historical and cultural blocks is determined, which lays the foundation for the protection of the historical and cultural blocks and historical areas in Hanzhong City. At the same time, it also provides ideas and references for other historical and cultural districts.
