【摘要】：隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化進程的不斷深入,可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀念深入人心,工業(yè)建筑遺存再利用的實踐越來越廣泛�；诠I(yè)建筑遺存再利用的特點,其空間布局的更新設(shè)計與新建建筑有很大區(qū)別。如何在盡可能保存原有空間肌理和建筑形態(tài)、結(jié)構(gòu)的前提下,對其進行適當?shù)母脑?使工業(yè)建筑遺存重新融入城市生活并煥發(fā)新的活力是我們當下的熱點問題。然而,對于工業(yè)建筑遺存再利用空間布局的更新設(shè)計缺少科學的理論指導和評價手段的問題卻從實踐中凸顯出來�？臻g句法是近三十年逐步發(fā)展起來的新的空間研究方法,它研究的是空間構(gòu)形與人的行為模式的互動關(guān)系,針對的是對經(jīng)濟和社會有塑造作用的空間體系的深層結(jié)構(gòu),關(guān)注的是空間之間的邏輯關(guān)系而非單一空間的形態(tài)。本文運用邏輯實證主義的科學研究方法,通過從理論和實際操作兩方面對空間句法進行充分剖析與解讀,證明了空間句法理論對于工業(yè)建筑遺存再利用空間布局研究的適宜性。然后采用空間句法作為研究手段,對西安大華1935文化商業(yè)街區(qū)這一工業(yè)建筑遺存再利用的實踐,從片區(qū)的整體和建筑單體內(nèi)部這兩種尺度研究其空間布局情況。通過句法分析結(jié)合空間實際使用情況和人的行為模式的調(diào)查統(tǒng)計,從功能實現(xiàn)層面對其空間布局的更新設(shè)計作出評價,得出現(xiàn)有改造是否在空間布局層面上有利于使用者按照設(shè)計意圖使用空間,有利于其利益訴求的實現(xiàn),并針對研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,提出空間布局上的改進意見,在此基礎(chǔ)上進一步探索空間句法作為研究手段在工業(yè)建筑遺存再利用領(lǐng)域中的具體應用。更進一步地,本文根據(jù)課題的研究情況對空間句法的局限性進行了討論,并對其應用潛力進行了一定的挖掘。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of urbanization in our country, the concept of sustainable development is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and the practice of the reuse of industrial buildings remains is more and more extensive. The renewal design of its space layout is very different from the new building. How to reform it properly under the premise of preserving the original space texture, building form and structure as far as possible, Reintegrating the remains of industrial buildings into urban life and revitalizing them are our current hot issues. The lack of scientific theoretical guidance and evaluation means for the renewal design of industrial buildings' reusing spatial layout has been highlighted in practice. Space syntax is a new spatial research method developed gradually in the past 30 years. It studies the interaction between spatial configurations and human behavior patterns, and focuses on the deep structure of space systems that shape the economy and society. This paper uses the scientific research method of logical positivism to analyze and interpret the syntax of space from both theoretical and practical aspects. This paper proves the appropriateness of space syntax theory in the study of the spatial layout of industrial architectural relic, and then uses spatial syntax as a research means to practice the reuse of the industrial architectural relic of Xi'an Dahua 1935 cultural and commercial block. The spatial layout is studied from the scale of the whole area and the interior of the building unit. The syntactic analysis is combined with the investigation and statistics of the actual use of space and the human behavior pattern. This paper evaluates the updated design of its spatial layout from the aspect of function realization, and concludes whether the existing transformation is beneficial to the users to use the space according to the design intention and the realization of their interest demands on the level of spatial layout. In view of the problems found in the research, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of spatial layout. On this basis, it further explores the concrete application of space syntax as a research means in the field of the reuse of industrial buildings. In this paper, the limitations of spatial syntax are discussed and its application potential is explored.
