【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)民居幾乎是伴隨人類誕生而出現的最早建筑類型,作為我國古代建筑遺產不可或缺的一部分,它種類繁多、形式多樣、地域特色顯著。然而在日新月異的現代大環(huán)境下,富有地域文化的傳統(tǒng)民居正逐漸沒落,而所謂新穎的、趨同性的建筑正在源源不斷地在增加。因此,如何保護和利用好具有地域文化特色的傳統(tǒng)民居、如何傳承地域文化孕育的傳統(tǒng)民居建筑文化成為亟需我們探討的內容。山東沿海地區(qū)擁有獨特的地理自然環(huán)境和豐厚的歷史文化底蘊,在漫長的歷史進程中,造就出了各類歷史文化真實寫照的傳統(tǒng)民居,其中膠東半島地區(qū)在村落選址、形態(tài)構建、院落布局等構成要素中突顯出鮮明的地域文化特征,最有代表性的即為當地的海草房,保護與利用海草房對于傳承地域文化、建設地方民居旅游文化、延續(xù)人類居住環(huán)境的可持續(xù)性具有重要意義。然而,隨著經濟的高速發(fā)展,城市化腳步的不斷加快,海草房正面臨著多重打擊,這迫切需要我們提出行之有效的保護與利用方法。文章在總結前人對傳統(tǒng)民居的研究基礎之上,就我國傳統(tǒng)民居這一大范疇建筑類型的保護進行了理論性總結,通過地域文化的視野,均衡了保護與可持續(xù)發(fā)展利用的理念,以山東半島膠東地區(qū)的海草房為例,文章第二章分析了其文化淵源,第三章對海草房所受到的地域文化影響做了一定闡述,最后一章總結出海草房保護和利用方面存在的主要問題及原因,并針對存在的問題,借助于對實例的剖析列舉了一系列保護與利用的方法,最后提出建造一座將海草房與民族民俗相結合的博物館,將海草房置于它所生存的大環(huán)境中以進行整體保護和利用,寄希望于美好的未來。
[Abstract]:As an indispensable part of the ancient architectural heritage of our country, traditional houses are almost the earliest architectural types that appeared with the birth of human beings. They are various in variety, various in form and remarkable in geographical features. However, in the modern environment, which is changing with each passing day, The traditional houses with rich regional culture are declining gradually, and the so-called novel and convergent buildings are constantly increasing. Therefore, how to protect and make good use of the traditional houses with the characteristics of regional culture, How to inherit the traditional residential building culture which is bred by the regional culture becomes the content that needs us to discuss urgently. Among them, the local seaweed house is the most representative of all the elements in the Jiaodong Peninsula area, such as village location, shape construction, yard layout and so on, which highlight the distinct regional cultural characteristics, the most representative of which is the local seaweed house. The protection and utilization of seaweed houses is of great significance for the transmission of regional culture, the construction of local residential tourism culture and the sustainability of human living environment. However, with the rapid development of economy, the pace of urbanization continues to accelerate. Seaweed house is facing many blows, which urgently need us to put forward effective methods of protection and utilization. This paper makes a theoretical summary on the protection of traditional residential buildings as a major category of architecture in our country. Through the vision of regional culture, it balances the concept of conservation and sustainable development and utilization, taking the seaweed house in Shandong Peninsula as an example. The second chapter analyzes its cultural origin, the third chapter expounds the influence of sea grass house on regional culture, the last chapter summarizes the main problems and reasons in the protection and utilization of seaweed house, and aims at the existing problems. With the help of the analysis of examples, this paper enumerates a series of methods of protection and utilization, and finally proposes to build a museum that combines seaweed houses with national folklore, and puts seaweed houses in the environment in which they exist to protect and utilize them as a whole. Hope for a better future.
