【摘要】:鋼鐵、水泥、粘土磚等傳統(tǒng)建材存在環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重、能量消耗大等缺陷,利用綠色、環(huán)保和可再生木質(zhì)材料制造現(xiàn)代重型木結(jié)構(gòu),不僅能實現(xiàn)木質(zhì)資源的高附加利用,也能促進我國綠色、低碳建筑的快速發(fā)展,落實我國資源節(jié)約和環(huán)境保護的基本國策,具有重要經(jīng)濟、社會和生態(tài)效益。現(xiàn)代重型木結(jié)構(gòu)不同于傳統(tǒng)木結(jié)構(gòu),它是以木結(jié)構(gòu)工程材為主要建筑材料,采用現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和建筑技術(shù)建造的融美感、功能性與高性價比于一體的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,在融入高新加工處理技術(shù)后,不僅具有自然、美觀、環(huán)保、易維護、工程材可循環(huán)再生利用等優(yōu)點,還具有防潮防腐、防火防蟻、穩(wěn)定性高、耐久性好、施工周期短、造價低等特點,F(xiàn)代重型木結(jié)構(gòu)在北美、北歐等發(fā)達國家發(fā)展已相當(dāng)成熟,而在我國它還是一個較新的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,目前國內(nèi)對現(xiàn)代重型木結(jié)構(gòu)的研究還十分有限。為進一步了解研究現(xiàn)代重型木結(jié)構(gòu)的使用性能,結(jié)合國家林業(yè)公益性行業(yè)科研專項“木結(jié)構(gòu)工程材制造及應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究與示范”(201304504)、國家林業(yè)局引進國際先進林業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)項目“現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁工程材制造應(yīng)用技術(shù)引進”(2010-4-14)和湖南省自然科學(xué)基金項目“現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的力學(xué)性能及應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究”(12JJ5012),本文通過現(xiàn)代重型木結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計、構(gòu)件加工制造、構(gòu)件拼裝和結(jié)構(gòu)安裝等,對膠合木制造工藝進行了分析;根據(jù)國外現(xiàn)代重型木結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用的成功案例,研究現(xiàn)代重型木結(jié)構(gòu)建造技術(shù),并將該技術(shù)成功應(yīng)用于國內(nèi)首座跨高速公路主線的現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)人行橋。本文主要的結(jié)論和創(chuàng)新成果如下:1.對國內(nèi)外膠合木制造工藝進行了對比分析,提出了膠合木制造過程中值得注意的幾個關(guān)鍵之處。2.通過對國外現(xiàn)代重型木結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用成功案例的研究,得到了現(xiàn)代重型木結(jié)構(gòu)建造技術(shù)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),提出了現(xiàn)代重型木結(jié)構(gòu)建造技術(shù)的應(yīng)用要求。3.基于現(xiàn)代重型木結(jié)構(gòu)建造技術(shù)在國內(nèi)首座跨高速公路主線現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)人行橋建造的應(yīng)用,對現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁進行了成橋試驗研究,結(jié)果證實了該技術(shù)應(yīng)用的可靠性和適用性,為我國現(xiàn)代重型木結(jié)構(gòu)的推廣應(yīng)用提供了技術(shù)支持和試驗基礎(chǔ),具有很好的示范作用。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel, cement, clay brick and other traditional building materials have serious environmental pollution, large energy consumption and other defects. The use of green, environmental protection and renewable wood materials to manufacture modern heavy wood structures can not only achieve high additional utilization of wood resources. It can also promote the rapid development of green and low-carbon buildings in China, implement the basic national policy of resource conservation and environmental protection in our country, and have important economic, social and ecological benefits. It is a kind of structure system which takes wood structure engineering material as the main building material, adopts modern wood structure design and construction technology, and integrates function and high performance and price ratio. It is not only natural after it is integrated into high and new processing technology. Beautiful, environmentally friendly, easy to maintain, recycling and reusing engineering materials. It also has the advantages of moisture-proof and anti-corrosion, anti-fire and anti-ant, high stability, good durability, short construction period, low cost, etc. Modern heavy wood structures in North America, The developed countries such as Northern Europe have developed quite mature, but in our country it is still a relatively new structure system. At present, the research on modern heavy wood structure is still very limited in our country. According to the national forestry public welfare industry scientific research special item "the key technology research and demonstration of wood structure engineering material manufacture and application" (201304504), the State Forestry Administration introduced the international advanced forestry science and technology project "the modern wood structure bridge engineering material manufacture should. In this paper, the mechanical properties and applied basic research of modern wood structure members are introduced by introducing "Jiao2010-4-14)" and the project of Hunan Natural Science Foundation "12JJ501212". Through the design of modern heavy-duty wood structure, The manufacturing technology of glued wood is analyzed, and the construction technology of modern heavy wood structure is studied according to the successful cases of the application of modern heavy wood structure in foreign countries. The technology has been successfully applied to the first modern wooden footbridge across the main line of highway in China. The main conclusions and innovative results of this paper are as follows: 1.Contrastive analysis of the manufacturing technology of glued wood at home and abroad. Several key points in the manufacturing process of glued wood are put forward. 2. Through the study of successful cases of the application of modern heavy wood structures abroad, the key links of the construction technology of modern heavy wood structures are obtained. Based on the application of modern heavy-duty timber structure construction technology in the construction of the first modern wooden footbridge across the main line of highway in China, the bridge completion test of modern timber structure bridge is carried out. The results confirm the reliability and applicability of the technology, and provide technical support and experimental basis for the popularization and application of modern heavy wood structures in China. It has a good demonstration function.
