【摘要】：文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)近十年來在我國取得了蓬勃的發(fā)展,而文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)作為發(fā)展文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要載體,在全國范圍內(nèi)大量興起。新建型文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)因其空間延展性好、不需要依托優(yōu)勢資源等優(yōu)勢,成為了許多城市發(fā)展文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的一種重要選擇。本文在借鑒國內(nèi)外文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)相關(guān)理論和相關(guān)新建型案例的基礎上,試圖對新建型文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇、區(qū)位選址、空間模式以及規(guī)劃建設等作一個全方位的研究。本文首先介紹了論文研究的背景,方法,目的以及意義,對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)和文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念進行了界定。然后理論研究部分,介紹了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于新建型文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的相關(guān)發(fā)展歷程和研究綜述,通過國內(nèi)外一些典型案例的分析研究,闡述了新建型文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的共性特征和各自特點。發(fā)展策略部分,首先產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇方面,主要從城市區(qū)域和城市內(nèi)部產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的角度,分析了園區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇；區(qū)位選址方面,從中心地區(qū)型、近郊區(qū)型以及遠郊區(qū)型三種類型園區(qū)入手,分析了各自的主要特征,并認為近郊區(qū)型將是未來主要新建型園區(qū)的選址方位；指標設定方面,對三種類型園區(qū)的開發(fā)強度和規(guī)模進行了分析研究,最后對園區(qū)的空間組織和空間模式進行了一定的探討。規(guī)劃設計方法部分,從規(guī)劃理念、土地利用、空間特色塑造、交通結(jié)構(gòu)以及景觀設計等方面闡述,然后以參與的實際項目作為理論驗證,完成了理論到規(guī)劃設計實踐的一個過程。
[Abstract]:The cultural and creative industries have developed vigorously in China in the past ten years, and the Cultural and Creative Industry Park is an important carrier for the development of cultural and creative industries. The newly built cultural and creative industrial parks have the advantages of good spatial extensibility, no need to rely on superior resources, and so on. It has become an important choice for many cities to develop cultural and creative industries. On the basis of drawing lessons from the relevant theories of cultural and creative industrial parks at home and abroad and related newly built cases, this paper attempts to choose the new cultural and creative industrial parks. This paper first introduces the background, method, purpose and significance of this paper, and it is important to the cultural industry. The concepts of creative industry and cultural creative industry are defined. Then the theoretical research part introduces the development history and research summary of the newly built cultural and creative industry park at home and abroad, and analyzes and studies some typical cases at home and abroad. This paper expounds the common features and their respective characteristics of the newly built cultural and creative industry parks. The development strategy part, first of all, analyzes the industrial selection of the parks from the angle of the industrial selection of urban areas and cities; In terms of location location, starting with three types of parks, namely, central region type, near suburb type and far suburb type, this paper analyzes their main characteristics, and thinks that the near suburban type will be the location orientation of the main newly built park in the future; The development intensity and scale of the three types of parks are analyzed and studied. Finally, the spatial organization and spatial pattern of the park are discussed. The traffic structure and landscape design are expounded, and then a process from the theory to the planning and design practice is completed with the actual project as the theoretical verification.
