【摘要】：對多管式煙囪鋼內(nèi)筒進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計研究時,考慮外筒傳來荷載與施工中開洞及吊裝的影響是十分必要的。先對煙囪鋼內(nèi)筒開洞加固問題進(jìn)行有限元分析并提出施工建議,然后按加固后鋼內(nèi)筒進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究,并在優(yōu)化時同步考慮鋼內(nèi)筒吊裝的影響。為高效解決煙囪鋼內(nèi)筒優(yōu)化設(shè)計問題,文章基于有限元分析方法和參數(shù)化設(shè)計思想,在分析外筒傳來的荷載作用下和鋼內(nèi)筒施工時結(jié)構(gòu)變形和應(yīng)力分布的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合ANSYS中Design Opt工具開發(fā)了相關(guān)程序進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,合理確定截面尺寸。該方法可以避免繁瑣的傳統(tǒng)手工設(shè)計計算與驗證,極大提高了設(shè)計精度和效率。分析結(jié)果可以為今后的類似工程設(shè)計提供參考。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to consider the influence of the load coming from the outside tube on the opening and hoisting of the steel inner tube of the multi-pipe chimney in the structural optimization design. Firstly, the finite element analysis is carried out on the reinforcement problem of the steel inner tube of the chimney, and the construction suggestions are put forward. Then the optimization research is carried out according to the strengthened steel inner cylinder, and the influence of steel inner cylinder hoisting is considered simultaneously during the optimization. In order to efficiently solve the optimization design problem of the chimney steel inner cylinder, this paper is based on the finite element analysis method and the parametric design idea. Based on the analysis of the structural deformation and stress distribution during the construction of the steel inner tube under the load from the outer tube, the optimization design is carried out by combining with the Design Opt tool in ANSYS. This method can avoid the complicated calculation and verification of traditional manual design and greatly improve the design precision and efficiency. The analysis results can provide a reference for similar engineering design in the future.
