【摘要】：采用材質(zhì)相對均勻、結(jié)構(gòu)較為簡單的鋼懸臂梁為試驗對象,通過自由振動試驗,研究了阻尼比的變化規(guī)律。設(shè)計制作了4根相同的矩形截面鋼懸臂梁,根據(jù)國家標準規(guī)定的試驗方法對材料力學(xué)性能進行了測試,得到了彈性模量和拉壓強度。采用自由衰減法對鋼懸臂梁進行不同初始振動幅度下的自由振動測試,識別不同振動幅度時懸臂梁的阻尼比。研究結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件在自由振動下阻尼比的變化規(guī)律,分析線彈性范圍內(nèi)阻尼比與振動幅度的關(guān)系,得出以下結(jié)論:線彈性范圍內(nèi),懸臂梁自由振動的阻尼比隨其振動幅度的增加而增大,為結(jié)構(gòu)在小幅度振動下的動力分析提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Four steel cantilever beams with the same rectangular section are designed and fabricated by using the steel cantilever beam with relatively uniform material and simple structure as the experimental object, and through the free vibration test, the variation of damping ratio is studied. According to the test method prescribed by the national standard, the mechanical properties of the material are tested, and the elastic modulus and tensile strength are obtained. The free vibration test of steel cantilever beam is carried out under different initial vibration amplitude by using the free attenuation method. The damping ratio of cantilever beam with different vibration amplitude is identified. The variation law of damping ratio of structural members under free vibration is studied, the relationship between damping ratio and vibration amplitude in linear elastic range is analyzed, and the following conclusions are obtained: in linear elastic range, The damping ratio of cantilever beam increases with the increase of vibration amplitude, which provides a reference for the dynamic analysis of the structure under small amplitude vibration.
