【摘要】：BIM技術(shù)正在引領(lǐng)建筑行業(yè)的一次信息化變革,其最大的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于設(shè)計(jì)、建造、管理的信息化,增強(qiáng)各方協(xié)同的能力。BIM技術(shù)不僅是一群軟件的集合,更是一個(gè)工程管理系統(tǒng),BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于裝飾施工過程中,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)下料及工程量統(tǒng)計(jì)、可視化交底、四維進(jìn)度模擬、可視化發(fā)現(xiàn)圖紙問題等,能夠極大地提高工程管理效率、減少返工量、加快施工進(jìn)度、節(jié)約有效預(yù)控成本。
[Abstract]:BIM technology is leading an information revolution in the construction industry. Its greatest advantage lies in the informatization of design, construction and management, and the enhancement of the ability of all parties to cooperate. BIM technology is not only a collection of software. It is also an engineering management system which is applied in the process of decoration construction. It can realize the statistics of material and engineering quantity, visual bottom, four-dimensional progress simulation, visual discovery of drawing problems, etc., which can greatly improve the efficiency of engineering management. Reduce the amount of rework, speed up the progress of construction, and save the cost of effective pre-control.
