【摘要】：城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)作為城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的支撐體系,要突出以基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施為先導(dǎo)的方針,加強(qiáng)對城鄉(xiāng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)劃的重視和研究,共建共享城鄉(xiāng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,使其真正發(fā)揮對城鄉(xiāng)空間優(yōu)化的促進(jìn)與引導(dǎo)作用,為一地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供有利支撐和保障。但在新一輪發(fā)展中,三門面臨著種種問題,特別是城市空間發(fā)展無序、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)滯后、居民點分布散亂等問題尤為突出,這是長期以來缺乏包括農(nóng)村在內(nèi)整個區(qū)域的長遠(yuǎn)和切實可行的規(guī)劃,造成三門縣缺乏空間整合的結(jié)果。城市對水資源利用的不斷增加,污水的排放量也在不斷的增加,若我們對污水不及時的進(jìn)行處理,不僅對環(huán)境造成一定的污染,還會造成水資源的嚴(yán)重浪費。但是,當(dāng)前我國污水處理能力較弱,在污水處理過程中還存在很多的問題,我們要采取相關(guān)的措施對污水進(jìn)行處理,隨著農(nóng)村污水收集系統(tǒng)和工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的加快,空間成為工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的制約日益顯現(xiàn),這表明三門縣域污水治理迫切需要加強(qiáng)規(guī)劃研究,推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化,使資源配置更趨優(yōu)化,空間更趨合理,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會的進(jìn)步。本文通過對三門縣的縣域排水系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀、農(nóng)村和城鎮(zhèn)污水治理現(xiàn)狀、管材、水體水質(zhì)、地形、氣候、排水量等進(jìn)行分析,本著環(huán)境保護(hù)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念對三門縣的排水體系、縣域污水處理總體布局、污水處理系統(tǒng)、農(nóng)村治污模式及污水處理運維管理等進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性研究,以期研究結(jié)果能夠為三門縣域的排水設(shè)施建設(shè)提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:As the supporting system for urban and rural development, the infrastructure construction as a whole between urban and rural areas should be highlighted as the guiding principle, and the importance and research of urban and rural infrastructure planning should be strengthened, and the urban and rural infrastructure should be jointly built and shared. To make it play the role of promoting and guiding the optimization of urban and rural space, and to provide favorable support and guarantee for the economic development of a region. However, in the new round of development, the three doors are faced with various problems, especially the disorder of urban spatial development. The lags in infrastructure construction and the scattered distribution of residential areas are particularly prominent, which has long been a lack of long-term and practical planning for the entire region, including rural areas. As a result of the lack of spatial integration in Sanmen County, the use of water resources in cities is increasing and the discharge of sewage is also increasing. If we do not treat sewage in a timely manner, it will not only cause certain pollution to the environment, It will also cause serious waste of water resources. However, at present, the capacity of sewage treatment in our country is relatively weak, and there are still many problems in the process of sewage treatment. We should take relevant measures to treat the sewage. With the acceleration of rural sewerage system and industrialization process, space becomes the restriction of industrialization process, which indicates that Sanmen county sewage treatment urgently needs to strengthen planning research, promote the integration of urban and rural areas, and make the allocation of resources more optimized. The space is more reasonable and promotes the development of economy and society. This paper analyzes the present situation of drainage system in Sanmen County, the current situation of sewage treatment in rural and urban areas, pipe materials, water quality, topography, climate, displacement, etc. In line with the concept of environmental protection and sustainable development, the drainage system of Sanmen County, the overall layout of the county sewage treatment, the sewage treatment system, the rural sewage treatment mode and the operation and maintenance management of sewage treatment are systematically studied. The results of the study can provide a reference for the construction of drainage facilities in Sanmen County.
