平移式吸音板生產(chǎn)線主線結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:珍珠巖吸音板是一種具有吸音減噪功能的新型板狀建材,其需求量呈迅猛增長(zhǎng)之勢(shì),目前吸音板的生產(chǎn)方式屬于半自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn),生產(chǎn)效率低下、成本高、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量難以保證,為了滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的珍珠巖吸音板市場(chǎng)需求,提供一條能夠穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行、具有較高生產(chǎn)效率的珍珠巖吸音板自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線具有重大的意義。為此,本論文在國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有珍珠巖吸音板加工設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上,研究設(shè)計(jì)了一條平移式珍珠巖吸音板自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線,其具有生產(chǎn)效率高、設(shè)備穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量高的特點(diǎn)。本論文首先依據(jù)企業(yè)對(duì)珍珠巖吸音板生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)要求,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的平推上下循環(huán)式吸音板生產(chǎn)線和圓盤回轉(zhuǎn)式吸音板生產(chǎn)線的優(yōu)點(diǎn)以及存在的不足,完成了平移式吸音板生產(chǎn)線的總體方案設(shè)計(jì),確定了主線的基本結(jié)構(gòu)形式。其次,論文介紹了平移式吸音板生產(chǎn)線主線各個(gè)主要組成部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理及主要參數(shù)。并借助SolidWorks三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件完成了主線各零部件的三維建模以及主線整機(jī)三維裝配,驗(yàn)證結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和各部分之間的配合關(guān)系是否合理,也為后面的仿真分析提供了模型支持。最后,結(jié)合前面所建立的主線機(jī)構(gòu)的三維模型,運(yùn)用ANSYS workbench軟件對(duì)主線上用來實(shí)現(xiàn)模具沿生產(chǎn)流水線方向移動(dòng)的推動(dòng)式模具縱向移動(dòng)裝置進(jìn)行了靜力學(xué)分析和屈曲分析,完成了對(duì)推動(dòng)式模具縱向移動(dòng)裝置的強(qiáng)度及穩(wěn)定性的校驗(yàn),根據(jù)仿真分析結(jié)果,對(duì)模具縱向移動(dòng)裝置進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化改進(jìn),并對(duì)優(yōu)化后的拉動(dòng)式模具縱向移動(dòng)裝置進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的仿真分析,驗(yàn)證了優(yōu)化效果。在本文分析結(jié)果的支撐下,對(duì)平移式吸音板生產(chǎn)線主線結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了加工裝配,經(jīng)過在工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的裝配調(diào)試,平移式吸音板生產(chǎn)線能夠穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,生產(chǎn)效率顯著提高,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)期,滿足了客戶對(duì)吸音板生產(chǎn)線的要求。
[Abstract]:Perlite sound-absorbing board is a new type of plate-shaped building material with sound absorption and noise reduction function, and its demand is increasing rapidly. At present, the production mode of sound-absorbing board is semi-automatic, with low production efficiency, high cost and difficult to guarantee the product quality. In order to meet the increasing market demand of perlite sound absorption board and to provide an automatic production line with stable operation and high production efficiency, it is of great significance. On the basis of the existing perlite sound-absorbing plate processing equipment in China, this paper studies and designs an automatic production line of the translational perlite sound-absorbing plate, which has the advantages of high production efficiency and strong equipment stability. Firstly, according to the production requirements of the perlite sound-absorbing plate production line, this paper combines the advantages and disadvantages of the existing horizontal push up-and-down circulatory sound-absorbing plate production line and the disc rotary sound-absorbing plate production line. The overall scheme design of the translation type sound absorption plate production line is completed, and the basic structure of the main line is determined. Secondly, the paper introduces the structure of each main component of the main line of the translation type sound absorption plate production line. Working principle and main parameters. With the help of SolidWorks 3D design software, the 3D modeling of each part of the main line and the 3D assembly of the mainline machine are completed, which verifies whether the structural design and the coordination relationship between the parts are reasonable. It also provides the model support for the simulation analysis. Finally, combined with the 3D model of the main line mechanism, Using ANSYS workbench software, the static analysis and buckling analysis of the vertical moving device of the push mould used to realize the movement of the mould along the direction of production pipeline are carried out. The strength and stability of the driving die longitudinal moving device are verified. According to the simulation results, the die longitudinal moving device is optimized and improved. The simulation analysis of the optimized longitudinal moving device of the drawing die is carried out to verify the optimization effect. Under the support of the analysis results, the main line structure of the translation type sound absorption plate production line is processed and assembled. After the assembly and debugging in the engineering site, the production line of the translational sound-absorbing plate can run stably, the production efficiency is improved remarkably, the design expectation is reached, and the requirements of the customers for the sound-absorbing plate production line are met.
