【摘要】：為研究鋼纖維輕骨料混凝土的早期變形和抗裂能力,通過室內試驗對不同摻量的鋼纖維粉煤灰輕骨料混凝土進行早期體積收縮變形和抗裂試驗,試驗結果表明:在粉煤灰輕骨料混凝土中摻入鋼纖維可有效抑制混凝土的收縮,隨著鋼纖維摻量的增加,減縮效果越來越顯著;摻入鋼纖維后,粉煤灰輕骨料混凝土的抗壓強度和劈裂抗拉強度均得到一定程度的提高,且隨鋼纖維摻量的增加呈上升趨勢;鋼纖維的摻入,粉煤灰輕骨料混凝土裂隙明顯減少,同時7d抗折強度滿足開放交通要求。研究成果為實踐工程提供一定理論基礎。
[Abstract]:In order to study the early deformation and crack resistance of steel fiber lightweight aggregate concrete, the volume shrinkage deformation and crack resistance of steel fiber fly ash lightweight aggregate concrete with different contents were tested in laboratory. The experimental results show that adding steel fiber into fly ash lightweight aggregate concrete can effectively inhibit the shrinkage of concrete, and with the increase of steel fiber content, the shrinkage reduction effect becomes more and more remarkable. The compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of fly ash lightweight aggregate concrete are improved to a certain extent, and with the increase of steel fiber content, the crack of fly ash lightweight aggregate concrete decreases obviously with the addition of steel fiber. At the same time, the 7d flexural strength meets the requirements of open traffic. The research results provide a theoretical basis for practical engineering.
