【摘要】：隨著城市化和工業(yè)化進程的不斷深入,用水量正在逐步加大,一方面加大自來水廠的建設(shè)以滿足城鎮(zhèn)用水規(guī)模,另一方面工業(yè)廢水和生活污水的排放也成為了城市發(fā)展需要解決的重要問題。由于生活污水和工業(yè)廢水排放量的增加,污水收集管網(wǎng)和污水處理廠的建設(shè)相對滯后,造成了嚴(yán)重的水資源污染。根據(jù)天津市的總體安排,為了保障天津市經(jīng)濟持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,對排放污水進行集中處理。在凈水廠和污水處理廠的建設(shè)中,水工建筑物的施工質(zhì)量是凈水廠和污水廠運行的基礎(chǔ)保障,而在大型水工建筑物的施工過程中,伸縮縫的施工又是一個相對薄弱的環(huán)節(jié)。在近幾年的凈水廠和污水處理廠的建設(shè)過程中,由于伸縮縫施工質(zhì)量問題造成的池體漏水事件時有發(fā)生。本文首先闡述了對伸縮縫質(zhì)量問題的研究背景及意義、研究思路和方法。對目前水工建筑物伸縮縫從設(shè)計和施工角度的質(zhì)量控制進行分析,找出目前還存在的質(zhì)量問題。然后,從水工建筑物伸縮縫基于建設(shè)流程的質(zhì)量影響因素進行分析。從設(shè)計階段開始對影響伸縮縫質(zhì)量的因素進行分析,施工階段從質(zhì)量問題影響的五大因素:人的影響因素、材料的影響因素、設(shè)備的影響因素、施工方法的影響因素、環(huán)境的影響因素,五個方面進行分析找出質(zhì)量控制點。最后,結(jié)合某污水處理廠的工程實例,將理論研究應(yīng)用到實踐項目中,對生化池伸縮縫的施工進行質(zhì)量控制改進,提高了水工建筑物伸縮縫的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of urbanization and industrialization, water consumption is gradually increasing. On the one hand, the construction of water plants is increased to meet the scale of urban water use. On the other hand, the discharge of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage has become an important problem to be solved in the development of the city. Due to the increase of the discharge of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater, the construction of sewerage network and sewage treatment plant is lagging behind. According to the overall arrangement of Tianjin Municipality, in order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of Tianjin's economy, centralized treatment of sewage is carried out. In the construction of water purification plant and sewage treatment plant, The construction quality of hydraulic structures is the basic guarantee for the operation of water purification plants and sewage plants, but in the construction process of large hydraulic structures, The construction of expansion joints is also a relatively weak link. In recent years, during the construction of water purification plants and sewage treatment plants, The leakage events of pool body occur from time to time due to the construction quality problems of expansion joints. This paper first describes the background and significance of the research on the quality problems of expansion joints. This paper analyzes the design and construction quality control of the expansion joints of hydraulic structures, and finds out the existing quality problems. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of expansion joints of hydraulic structures based on the construction process. From the design stage, the factors affecting the quality of expansion joints are analyzed. In the construction stage, there are five major factors that affect the quality of expansion joints: human factors. The influencing factors of material, equipment, construction method, environment and five aspects are analyzed to find out the quality control points. Finally, combined with the engineering example of a sewage treatment plant, Applying the theoretical research to the practical project, the quality control of the expansion joint of the biochemical pool is improved, and the quality of the expansion joint of the hydraulic structure is improved.
