【摘要】：本文首先從澳門集合住宅歷史發(fā)展的角度總結(jié)了澳門現(xiàn)代各個時期住宅建設(shè)和演進的脈絡(luò),了解澳門現(xiàn)代各個時期住宅的類型及其特點,分析了各個時期澳門住宅建設(shè)的影響因素,補充城市住宅建設(shè)歷史研究架構(gòu),從而可以客觀地對城市住宅建筑形態(tài)變化、發(fā)展以及城市聚居形態(tài)在今后發(fā)展和規(guī)律進行論述解析。澳門是一個東西方文化融合的城市。幾百年來澳門城市的發(fā)展,是中西文明和文化結(jié)合的過程。所以在研究澳門填海區(qū)住宅設(shè)計之時,結(jié)合國外發(fā)達國家對集合住宅設(shè)計的研究是很有必要的。通過對其他國家住宅案例的比較分析,希望對澳門填海區(qū)住宅設(shè)計研究有所啟發(fā),為尋求立足澳門填海區(qū)住宅設(shè)計提供一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒作用。結(jié)合澳門政府的各項建設(shè)規(guī)章條例,對住宅建設(shè)相關(guān)的條例進行分析,針對不合理的規(guī)范要求提出改進建議。論文選取澳門外港新填海區(qū)、黑沙環(huán)填海區(qū)為研究對象,通過走訪、實地調(diào)研、衛(wèi)星影像圖截取等方式進行實地案例分析。黑沙環(huán)填海區(qū)與外港新填海區(qū)的住宅區(qū)建設(shè)已基本成型,有豐富的住宅建筑樣本,并且極具澳門住宅建筑的代表性。黑沙環(huán)填海區(qū)住宅單元多以塔式住宅為主,而外港新填海區(qū)住宅多以通廊式高層住宅為主,代表了兩種不同風(fēng)格的澳門填海區(qū)住宅形式。文章通過對外港新填海區(qū)、黑沙環(huán)填海區(qū)住宅進行平面規(guī)劃分析,以及對住宅進行組團、戶型分析總結(jié),這些將為新填海新區(qū)住宅規(guī)劃與建筑設(shè)計提出有理論根據(jù)的建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the author first summarizes the history of housing construction and evolution in Macao from the perspective of the historical development of collective housing in Macao, and finds out the types and characteristics of housing in various periods of Macao. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of residential construction in Macao in various periods, and complements the historical research framework of urban housing construction, so as to objectively change the form of urban residential buildings. Macao is a city where eastern and western cultures converge. The development of Macao's cities over the past several hundred years, It is a process of the combination of Chinese and Western civilization and culture. Therefore, when studying the residential design of Macao reclamation area, it is very necessary to combine the research on the collective housing design of foreign developed countries. Through the comparative analysis of housing cases in other countries, It is hoped to enlighten the study of residential design in Macao reclamation area, and to provide some guidance and reference for the residential design based on Macao reclamation area. Combined with the construction regulations and regulations of the Macao government, this paper analyzes the regulations related to housing construction. The paper selects the new reclamation area of Macao Port and the Black Sand Ring Reclamation area as the research object, through the visit, the field investigation, Satellite image capture and other methods for field case analysis. The construction of residential areas in the Black Sandy Ring Reclamation and the new reclamation area outside Hong Kong has basically taken shape, and there are abundant samples of residential buildings. And it is very representative of the residential buildings in Macao. The residential units in the Black Sand Reclamation area are mainly tower residential units, while in the new reclamation areas outside Hong Kong, the main residential buildings are corridor high-rise residential buildings. It represents two different types of residential buildings in Macao reclamation area. This paper analyzes the new reclamation area in the outer port and the residential area in the Black Sand Ring Reclamation area on the basis of plane planning, as well as the group and household type analysis of the residence. These proposals will provide theoretical basis for the residential planning and architectural design of the new reclamation area.
