【摘要】：景觀在居住區(qū)中發(fā)揮著重要作用,不僅影響著居民的心理、生理健康以及精神生活,成為評(píng)判居住區(qū)發(fā)展整體水平的一個(gè)重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),甚至成為影響人們能否“詩意的安居”的重要因素。我國居住區(qū)景觀的發(fā)展,從簡單的綠化設(shè)計(jì)到滿足基本生活需求,再到精神上的情境合一,經(jīng)歷其開端、發(fā)展并且日益成熟,期間各種風(fēng)格層出不窮。因此,有必要對(duì)我國居住區(qū)景觀的發(fā)展及風(fēng)格演變進(jìn)行梳理,找出其影響因素,并為今后居住區(qū)景觀的發(fā)展理清方向。本文對(duì)我國居住區(qū)景觀的發(fā)展演變進(jìn)行了梳理并將其分為起步、發(fā)展、多元化發(fā)展三個(gè)階段。著重總結(jié)了居住區(qū)景觀風(fēng)格多元化發(fā)展階段時(shí)期幾種主要居住區(qū)景觀的特征,即上一世紀(jì)90年代以后的地中海風(fēng)格、西班牙風(fēng)格、法式風(fēng)格、英式風(fēng)格、現(xiàn)代風(fēng)格、中式風(fēng)格等;通過每種風(fēng)格的典型案例,論述了這些特征的具體表現(xiàn)形式;并討論了這些景觀風(fēng)格各具特色的表現(xiàn)形式與其存在著文化融合、注重生態(tài)、關(guān)注生活氛圍的共性。文章最后對(duì)生活方式、居住模式、文化審美三個(gè)主要影響居住區(qū)景觀風(fēng)格發(fā)展演變的因素進(jìn)行了論述,并總結(jié)出了居住區(qū)景觀向傳統(tǒng)文化回歸、注重綠色生態(tài)、營造生活氛圍的三個(gè)發(fā)展趨勢。希望通過本文的研究能夠真實(shí)記述我國居住區(qū)(尤其是90年代以后)景觀風(fēng)格發(fā)展演變的過程,并對(duì)當(dāng)前的居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)起到拋磚引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:Landscape plays an important role in residential areas, not only affects the psychological, physical health and spiritual life of residents, but also becomes an important standard to judge the overall level of residential development. The development of residential landscape in our country, from simple greening design to meeting the basic needs of life, to the integration of spiritual situation, experienced its beginning. With the development and maturation, various styles emerge in endlessly. Therefore, it is necessary to sort out the development and style evolution of residential landscape in China, and find out its influencing factors. In this paper, the development and evolution of residential landscape in China are sorted out and divided into starting, development, and development of residential landscape in the future. Three stages of diversified development. This paper summarizes the characteristics of several main residential landscape in the period of diversified development of residential landscape style, that is, Mediterranean style, Spanish style, French style, British style after 90s, Modern style, Chinese style and so on; through the typical cases of each style, it discusses the concrete forms of expression of these characteristics; and discusses the cultural fusion of each of these landscape styles and their existence, pays attention to ecology, Finally, the article discusses three main factors that affect the development and evolution of residential landscape style, such as lifestyle, living mode and cultural aesthetics, and summarizes the return of residential landscape to traditional culture. It is hoped that through the study of this paper, the development and evolution of the landscape style of residential areas in China (especially after 90s) can be truly described. And the current residential landscape design plays a role.
