【摘要】：伴隨中國(guó)在電子信息、多媒體技術(shù)以及計(jì)算機(jī)通信領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展,目前中國(guó)的住宅小區(qū)項(xiàng)目和管理的樓宇對(duì)講技術(shù)系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在可視對(duì)講基礎(chǔ)上,融合家電控制、智能家居遠(yuǎn)程控制、計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)等技術(shù)走出了一條中國(guó)特色的產(chǎn)業(yè)之路,相對(duì)于國(guó)外尤其是歐美國(guó)家的樓宇對(duì)講技術(shù)已經(jīng)趨于成熟完善�，F(xiàn)階段的中國(guó)樓宇對(duì)講系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用大概分為:獨(dú)立型模擬或數(shù)字對(duì)講系統(tǒng)、別墅型模擬或數(shù)字對(duì)講系、獨(dú)棟獨(dú)戶樓宇對(duì)講系統(tǒng)、獨(dú)棟多戶樓宇對(duì)講系統(tǒng)、多小區(qū)智能聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)、純網(wǎng)絡(luò)TCP/IP對(duì)講系統(tǒng)等,根據(jù)小區(qū)業(yè)主及開(kāi)發(fā)商對(duì)住宅小區(qū)定位的不同,系統(tǒng)的解決方案也不盡相同。本文是以某小區(qū)住宅項(xiàng)目為基礎(chǔ),以樓宇對(duì)講為基礎(chǔ),在對(duì)講系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)小區(qū)內(nèi)基礎(chǔ)住戶的智能家居系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)住戶遠(yuǎn)程控制家庭空調(diào),電視等家用電器的功能。首先對(duì)整個(gè)樓宇對(duì)講系統(tǒng)做簡(jiǎn)明的闡述,對(duì)住宅小區(qū)內(nèi)部的單元樓與單元的住宅用戶進(jìn)行點(diǎn)位布控。然后依照工程的項(xiàng)目需求設(shè)計(jì)所需要使用的樓宇對(duì)講系統(tǒng),對(duì)系統(tǒng)使用的點(diǎn)位、傳輸、圖像處理、監(jiān)控控制。最后通過(guò)以對(duì)講系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ),增加智能家居控制模塊,遠(yuǎn)程控制智能家居方面做了系統(tǒng)的闡述,并對(duì)該項(xiàng)目設(shè)備產(chǎn)品的選型與布線接線安裝進(jìn)行了具體的講解,滿足了項(xiàng)目需求。具體實(shí)施設(shè)計(jì)的流程參照一下步驟:首先對(duì)目前主流的樓宇對(duì)講技術(shù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的介紹。然后對(duì)該小區(qū)項(xiàng)目的要求進(jìn)行分析,使用樓宇對(duì)講系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)字傳輸系統(tǒng)。在確定點(diǎn)位后對(duì)整個(gè)小區(qū)的單元樓與單元住戶進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,確定單元門(mén)口機(jī)與入戶終端機(jī)的選型并根據(jù)具體選型確定管理中心機(jī)的類(lèi)型。在本論文中,自己完成設(shè)計(jì)并編程使用的是遠(yuǎn)程智能家居控制系統(tǒng),最后闡述確定布控點(diǎn)以及所使用產(chǎn)品的接線與連接方式進(jìn)行施工安裝,完成后對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行全面測(cè)試直至對(duì)講實(shí)現(xiàn)戶戶通,并調(diào)試實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程控制系統(tǒng)自由開(kāi)關(guān)家用電器。
[Abstract]:With China in electronic information, multimedia technology and the development of computer communication technology field, the building intercom system of residential district project Chinese and management has been in the video intercom based on fusion Home Furnishing intelligent appliance control, remote control, computer network technology out of a Chinese Characteristic Industrial Road, especially compared to foreign countries building intercom technology in Europe and the United States has become more mature and perfect. The application China building intercom system at this stage can be divided into: independent type analog or digital intercom system, villa type analog or digital to speak, single family detached single family homes in the building intercom system, building intercom system, multi cell intelligent network system, pure TCP/IP network intercom system so, according to the residential property owners and developers to residential location is different, the solutions of the system are not the same. This paper is based on a residential project As a foundation, to building intercom based design and Realization of intelligent system based Home Furnishing district residents based on intercom system, realize remote control of home household air conditioning, TV and other household appliances function. Firstly, brief on the building intercom system is elaborated, and the unit of unit building residential areas within the residential users point surveillance. Then according to the project requirement design project to use the building intercom system, the system uses the point, transmission, image processing, monitoring and control. Finally through the intercom system based on Intelligent Home Furnishing control module, elaborates the intelligent remote control Home Furnishing, and on the project equipment selection and installation of wiring connection detail explanation, satisfy the needs of the project. The specific implementation process of design steps: first to refer to the main building The building intercom technology are systematically introduced. Then the residential project requirements analysis, digital transmission system used in building intercom system. In determining the statistics and analysis of unit building and unit households for the entire area of the point, determined the selection unit door unit and home terminal machine according to the specific selection the type of Management Center machine. In this paper, he designed and programmed using a remote intelligent control system Home Furnishing, finally determine the monitoring points and wiring products used in connection with the way of construction and installation, after the completion of the entire system to conduct a comprehensive test to achieve household intercom, and debugging remote control system free switch appliances.
