波形鋼板焊接連接件的疲勞試驗(yàn)研究及壽命評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:通過(guò)對(duì)波形鋼板焊接連接件(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)焊接件)的等幅疲勞加載試驗(yàn)和有限元分析,研究此類(lèi)焊接件的應(yīng)力集中特性,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行壽命評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明:疲勞荷載作用下該類(lèi)焊接件的破壞模式可類(lèi)比于焊接波形鋼腹板H形鋼梁(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)鋼梁),即發(fā)生在近波形鋼腹板傾斜段終點(diǎn)部位焊趾處的典型疲勞破壞;波形傾斜段傾角和曲率半徑與波高的比值對(duì)波形鋼板平直與傾斜過(guò)渡段部位的局部應(yīng)力集中影響顯著,應(yīng)作為設(shè)計(jì)控制參數(shù);研究提出了將以上兩參數(shù)作為變量的應(yīng)力集中(即僅考慮幾何應(yīng)力)計(jì)算式;采用該幾何應(yīng)力方法可以減小波形傾斜段傾角對(duì)疲勞壽命數(shù)據(jù)離散性的影響,從而使疲勞評(píng)定簡(jiǎn)化。通過(guò)引入波形鋼板焊接構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)的應(yīng)力集中系數(shù),對(duì)不同波形傾斜段傾角情況下焊接件的疲勞壽命進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè);將規(guī)范典型焊接接頭構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)的疲勞壽命與焊接件疲勞試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明:采用AASHTO-2004規(guī)范和JSSC-1993規(guī)范對(duì)波形傾斜段傾角為45°和60°的連接細(xì)節(jié)可基本采用同一壽命評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí);從97.7%保證率的角度考慮,波形傾斜段傾角為30°、45°和60°的連接細(xì)節(jié)可分別采用與GB 50017—2003規(guī)范對(duì)應(yīng)的3類(lèi)、4類(lèi)、5類(lèi)構(gòu)件和連接,與TB10002.2—2005規(guī)范對(duì)應(yīng)的Ⅲ類(lèi)、Ⅶ類(lèi)和Ⅷ類(lèi)來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)其壽命。
[Abstract]:The stress concentration characteristics of the welded joints of corrugated steel plate (hereinafter referred to as welded parts) are studied by means of constant amplitude fatigue loading test and finite element analysis. The results show that the failure mode of this kind of welded joint under fatigue load can be compared to that of H-shaped steel beam with welded corrugated steel web (hereinafter referred to as steel beam), that is, it occurs at the end of the inclined section near the corrugated steel web. Typical fatigue failure at welding toe; The angle of inclination and the ratio of curvature radius to wave height in the inclined section of the waveform have a significant effect on the local stress concentration in the transition section between the straight and inclined sections of the corrugated steel plate, which should be used as the design control parameter. In this paper, a stress concentration formula with the above two parameters as variables is proposed, which can be used to reduce the influence of dip angle on the dispersion of fatigue life data. By introducing the stress concentration factor of the welding structure of the corrugated steel plate, the fatigue life of the welded parts with different dip angles of the waveforms is predicted. The fatigue life of typical welded joints in the code is compared with the fatigue test results of welded parts. The results show that the AASHTO-2004 code and JSSC-1993 code can be used for connecting details with dip angles of 45 擄and 60 擄.
