建筑能量系統(tǒng)熱力學分析與低?優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:提高建筑能源利用效率,控制建筑的能源消耗是建筑節(jié)能的主要任務(wù)。而現(xiàn)行的能效分析方法存在以下問題:對不同形式,來源各異的能量缺少統(tǒng)一的能源起點;基于熱力學第一定律的“能量分析”只考慮能在數(shù)量的利用程度,忽略了能的品質(zhì)差異;建筑節(jié)能研究多獨立分析設(shè)備或建筑用能,缺少對能源利用完整能量鏈的統(tǒng)一分析,因而難以全面考察建筑能量系統(tǒng)的用能效果。針對現(xiàn)有節(jié)能分析方法對于不同形式能源產(chǎn)品缺少統(tǒng)一能源起點的問題,研究分析能源產(chǎn)品上游生成階段的能量來源和輔助能耗情況,并以?作為各能源間投入產(chǎn)出關(guān)系的量化基準,得到了能源產(chǎn)品的上游?成本分析方法,為不同能源產(chǎn)品的利用提供統(tǒng)一分析基準。建筑設(shè)備方面,通過分析設(shè)備的基本功能屬性,將建筑設(shè)備系統(tǒng)模塊單元化,形成了建筑設(shè)備系統(tǒng)各基本單元的?分析模塊庫,通過調(diào)用模塊庫中的設(shè)備單元可組合實現(xiàn)不同功能的設(shè)備系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的?傳遞特性,同時考慮輔助?量輸入,得到建筑設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的總?效率分析方法,為建筑設(shè)備系統(tǒng)方案的性能評價及低?優(yōu)化提供基礎(chǔ)。建筑端,依據(jù)建筑中各用能項目的基本能耗量和能質(zhì)需求特征,得到建筑中各用能項目的基本?耗量與其影響因素的數(shù)學關(guān)系式。分析設(shè)備系統(tǒng)輸出?量與建筑基本?耗量之間的匹配關(guān)系并建立了建筑物?利用效果評價指標。利用統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)分別對中國城鎮(zhèn)住宅建筑和公共建筑的?利用效果進行了分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):中國城鎮(zhèn)住宅和公共建筑的?利用效率均遠低于相應(yīng)的能量利用效率,存在巨大的節(jié)?潛力。然而,近十年的節(jié)能措施對于住宅和公共建筑部分?利用效率的改善效果十分有限。此外,研究查明了住宅建筑和公共建筑的?損耗分布和原因。對于包含能源供應(yīng)、設(shè)備系統(tǒng)和建筑端?收益這一完整能量鏈的建筑能量系統(tǒng),研究利用?成本分析統(tǒng)一各能源產(chǎn)品的起點,提出了設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的通用?分析模型,明確了建筑?收益的計算方法,從而得到由基礎(chǔ)?源輸出到建筑物?量耗散全過程的?分析方法,并建立基于?分析的建筑節(jié)能評價指標體系。此外,研究針對典型采暖及空調(diào)用能系統(tǒng)進行了?效率和?損率分析,并給出了低?優(yōu)化方法。綜上可見,建筑能量系統(tǒng)的?分析全面考察系統(tǒng)的用能效果,并查明?損耗的位置、大小和原因,為建筑能量系統(tǒng)的低?優(yōu)化指明方向,同時為區(qū)域能源規(guī)劃以及高效能源利用提供分析方法。
[Abstract]:The main task of building energy conservation is to improve the efficiency of building energy use and to control the energy consumption of buildings. However, the existing energy efficiency analysis methods have the following problems: for different forms and different sources of energy, there is a lack of a unified energy starting point; The "energy analysis" based on the first law of thermodynamics only considers the degree of energy utilization in quantity and neglects the difference of energy quality. Therefore, it is difficult to comprehensively investigate the energy use effect of building energy systems. In view of the lack of a unified energy starting point for different forms of energy products, the existing energy saving analysis methods, Research and analysis of energy sources and auxiliary energy consumption in upstream generation phase of energy products, and use? As a quantitative benchmark of input-output relationship among energy sources, the upstream of energy products is obtained. Cost analysis method provides a unified analysis benchmark for the use of different energy products. In the aspect of construction equipment, by analyzing the basic functional attributes of the equipment, the building equipment system modules are unitized and the basic units of the construction equipment system are formed. Analyzing the module library, the device system with different functions can be realized by calling the equipment unit in the module library. Transfer characteristics while considering auxiliaries? Input, get the total construction equipment system? Efficiency analysis method, for building equipment system performance evaluation and low? Optimization provides the foundation. At the end of the building, according to the basic energy consumption and energy quality demand characteristics of each energy use project in the building, get the basic energy use project in the building?
