【摘要】：提出了基于技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理化的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)理念,主張采用多方案技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)比的方法,選擇最適用于本項(xiàng)目的結(jié)構(gòu)方案,并在后續(xù)的施工圖設(shè)計(jì)中進(jìn)行精細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理化的多重目標(biāo)。"多方案比選"和"精細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì)"是基于技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理化的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)理念的兩個(gè)核心要點(diǎn),其中,"多方案比選"更是重中之重。在該理念的基礎(chǔ)上形成基于技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理化的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法,在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中,充分運(yùn)用這種設(shè)計(jì)方法,能夠在滿足建筑功能的前提下,有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性的平衡統(tǒng)一。技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理化程度作為衡量結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)成果的宏觀標(biāo)準(zhǔn),技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理化程度較高表現(xiàn)為以較低的工程造價(jià)實(shí)現(xiàn)適度的結(jié)構(gòu)安全度和盡可能最大限度地滿足建筑品質(zhì)和功能要求。選擇了三個(gè)較為典型的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)案例,分別對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理化程度進(jìn)行評(píng)估,對(duì)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理化程度極低、較低的案例中存在的問(wèn)題,從方案和精細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì)角度提出了調(diào)整建議,詮釋了基于技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理化的設(shè)計(jì)理念和方法,較為形象地說(shuō)明了這種設(shè)計(jì)理念和方法對(duì)于指導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的意義。
[Abstract]:Put forward the design concept based on technical and economic rationalization, advocate the use of technical and economical comparison scheme, choose the most suitable structure of this project, and fine design in construction design of the follow-up, ultimately achieve multiple goals of technical and economic rationalization. "Alternatives" and "fine the design is the two core elements, structural design concept of technical and economic rationalization based on the" multiple selection "is the priority among priorities. The formation of technical and economic rational structure design method based on this idea, in the structural design, make full use of this design method, the premise can to meet the building function, effectively achieve the balance of security and economic unity. Economic and reasonable degree as the standard to measure the macro structure design results, economic and reasonable performance for a higher degree The engineering cost is to achieve moderate degree and the safety of the structure as far as possible to maximize the quality of construction and functional requirements. Choose three structural design of the typical cases, respectively on the technical and economic structure design reasonable to evaluate the extent of technical and economic rationalization degree is very low, there is low in the case the problem, proposed revision and refinement scheme from the point of view of design, explains the design concept and method based on technical and economic rationalization, more vividly illustrates the ideas and methods of this design to guide the structure design.
