裝配式預應力混凝土梁與高強鋼筋約束混凝土柱端板螺栓連接節(jié)點抗震性能研究

【摘要】:近年來,在我國大部分地區(qū)裝配式混凝土結構快速發(fā)展,建筑工業(yè)化、住宅產業(yè)化成為建筑行業(yè)的熱點話題,建造方式的改革和創(chuàng)新是建筑產業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢,這將極大提高勞動生產率,節(jié)約社會資源。裝配式框架結構中,梁-柱節(jié)點作為重要的傳力紐帶,其抗震性能和整體性對于結構的安全使用尤為關鍵,同時節(jié)點現場施工的難易程度也決定了該形式節(jié)點的推廣應用程度。本文將鋼結構中常用的端板螺栓節(jié)點引入混凝土結構中,采用高強螺栓將端板與核心區(qū)設置鋼板箍混凝土柱連接在一起,梁縱向普通鋼筋采用新型墩頭焊接形式與端板連接,梁預應力鋼筋采用螺帽進行錨固,從而形成一種新型的裝配節(jié)點形式。本文在以往裝配式節(jié)點的基礎上,對新型裝配式節(jié)點形式的受力和抗震性能進行試驗研究。本文共設計6個新型裝配式預應力中間節(jié)點試件,并制作1個現澆十字形節(jié)點試件作為對比,進行低周反復水平荷載加載試驗,對節(jié)點受力、梁端抗剪承載力和抗彎承載力進行分析,同時重點分析了試件的強度退化、剛度退化、延性和耗能能力,試驗結果表明,密配螺旋箍筋有利于提高梁抗剪和抗彎能力,試件的荷載-位移滯回曲線飽滿,具有良好的延性和耗能能力,抗震性能良好。本文依據裝配式預應力節(jié)點低周反復荷載試驗結果,建立三線型恢復力模型,并給出了相應階段的計算公式,同時通過回歸分析得到不同階段加載、卸載剛度隨著位移幅值增加的剛度退化公式,并與試驗結果進行對比,二者吻合度較高,所提恢復力模型可用于該類裝配式結構彈塑性地震反應分析和抗震設計。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of prefabricated concrete structures in most areas of China, the industrialization of buildings and housing has become a hot topic in the construction industry. The reform and innovation of construction methods is the development trend of the construction industry. This will greatly improve labor productivity and save social resources. In prefabricated frame structures, the beam-column connection is an important force transmission link, and its seismic performance and integrity are particularly critical for the safe use of the structure. At the same time, the degree of difficulty in joint construction also determines the degree of popularization and application of this form of joint. In this paper, the common end-plate bolt joints in steel structure are introduced into concrete structure. High strength bolts are used to connect the end plate with the steel plate hoop concrete column in the core area. The longitudinal common steel bar is welded with the end plate by a new type of pier head, and the prestressed steel bar of the beam is anchored by a nut. Therefore, a new type of assembly joint is formed. In this paper, six new prestressing intermediate joint specimens are designed, and a cast-in-place cross joint specimen is made as a comparison. The low cycle repeated horizontal load loading test was carried out to analyze the joint load, the shear capacity of beam end and the flexural bearing capacity. At the same time, the strength degradation, stiffness degradation, ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the specimens were analyzed. The test results show that the strength degradation, stiffness degradation, ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the specimens are analyzed. The dense helical stirrups are helpful to improve the shear and bending resistance of the beams. The load-displacement hysteretic curves of the specimens are full and have good ductility and energy dissipation capacity. The seismic behavior is good. Based on the experimental results of low-cycle cyclic loading of prestressing joints, a three-wire restoring force model is established, and the calculation formulas of the corresponding stages are given. At the same time, through regression analysis, the loading at different stages is obtained. The stiffness degradation formula of unloading stiffness with the increase of displacement amplitude is compared with the experimental results. The proposed restoring force model can be used for the elastoplastic seismic response analysis and seismic design of this kind of prefabricated structures.
