【摘要】：本文以面向建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系為研究對(duì)象,探討其設(shè)計(jì)、制作、建設(shè)及后期維護(hù)過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系。通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)外的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析國(guó)內(nèi)建筑工業(yè)化結(jié)構(gòu)體系的典型案列,重點(diǎn)對(duì)裝配整體式鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控進(jìn)行探討研究,達(dá)到優(yōu)化其質(zhì)量監(jiān)控過(guò)程,形成符合當(dāng)前發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系。同時(shí),亦期望可以對(duì)其他裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)體系的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控有一定的參考借鑒作用。本論文將從四個(gè)方面來(lái)對(duì)建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系進(jìn)行研究:(1)國(guó)外建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系的研究分析。通過(guò)分析日本、法國(guó)、美國(guó)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展過(guò)程及現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)國(guó)外質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系側(cè)重點(diǎn)和管理模式的不同,借鑒其先進(jìn)的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),在推進(jìn)我國(guó)建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化和工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督管理方面得到很大啟發(fā);(2)建筑工業(yè)化結(jié)構(gòu)體系的研究分析。通過(guò)研究國(guó)內(nèi)適合裝配化的幾種混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)體系,了解其預(yù)制構(gòu)件的拆分、制作和施工工藝,總結(jié)出各結(jié)構(gòu)體系不同的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控側(cè)重點(diǎn);(3)建筑工業(yè)化建筑質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)要點(diǎn)的研究分析。提出了從設(shè)計(jì)、制作、安裝等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)要點(diǎn);(4)構(gòu)建面向建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系,對(duì)裝配整體式鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的質(zhì)量責(zé)任體系和質(zhì)量監(jiān)管模式進(jìn)行深入的研究,提出了“三三一”質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the quality supervision system facing the modernization of the construction industry as the research object, discusses the quality supervision system in the process of design, manufacture, construction and later maintenance, and draws lessons from the successful experience of foreign countries. This paper analyzes the typical cases of the industrial structure system of domestic buildings, and focuses on the discussion and research on the quality control of the assembled integral reinforced concrete structure, so as to optimize its quality monitoring process. To form a quality supervision system in line with the current development situation. At the same time. It is also expected that it can be used for reference in the quality control of other fabricated structure systems. This paper will study the quality supervision system of modernization of construction industry from four aspects. Research and Analysis of Foreign Construction Industry Modernization quality Supervision system. The development process and current situation of housing industrialization in France and the United States, summarizes the emphasis of foreign quality supervision system and the difference of management mode, and draws lessons from its advanced experience of quality supervision and management. In promoting the modernization of our construction industry and engineering quality supervision and management has been greatly inspired; 2) the research and analysis of industrial structure system of building. Through studying several kinds of concrete structure system suitable for assembly in our country, we can find out the split, manufacture and construction technology of its prefabricated members. Summing up the different quality monitoring emphasis of each structure system; 3) the research and analysis of the key points of the quality control technology of the construction industrialization building. The key points of the quality control technology in the aspects of design, manufacture, installation and so on are put forward. 4) constructing the quality supervision system facing the modernization of the construction industry, and deeply studying the quality responsibility system and the quality supervision mode of the assembled integral reinforced concrete structure. The quality supervision system of "331" is put forward.
