【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)進(jìn)步與城市的不斷發(fā)展,青島老工業(yè)城市的眾多廠區(qū)開始從中心地帶向城市外部遷移,大批舊廠區(qū)面臨保護(hù)更的局面。但眾多工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)在耗費(fèi)了巨大的人力財(cái)力后,仍出現(xiàn)了保護(hù)更新嚴(yán)重失敗的現(xiàn)象。究其原因,價(jià)值評(píng)估與保護(hù)更新之間存在的不協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)象是造成青島工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)更新失敗的主要原因之一。本文在深刻分析青島工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值評(píng)估與保護(hù)更新協(xié)調(diào)不一致的表現(xiàn)及原因之后,提出以層次分析法為基礎(chǔ)建立協(xié)調(diào)性體系解決價(jià)值評(píng)估與保護(hù)更新協(xié)調(diào)性問(wèn)題的方法,從而為工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)更新提供理論指導(dǎo)和依據(jù)。本文主要研究的是青島工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值評(píng)估與保護(hù)更新協(xié)調(diào)性問(wèn)題,具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:首先,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值評(píng)估與保護(hù)更新協(xié)調(diào)性的相關(guān)方法進(jìn)行分析,在總結(jié)其成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足之處的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)建立新的協(xié)調(diào)性評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行展望。其次,以青島工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)更新的實(shí)例為基礎(chǔ),找出工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值評(píng)估與保護(hù)更新之間存在協(xié)調(diào)性問(wèn)題的表現(xiàn)及原因,并提出協(xié)調(diào)性問(wèn)題的解決設(shè)想。第三,介紹層次分析法(AHP)理論的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,解析其對(duì)于解決青島工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)性問(wèn)題的適應(yīng)性。最后,以AHP為基礎(chǔ)建立完善的青島工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值與保護(hù)更新協(xié)調(diào)性(評(píng)估)體系(包含價(jià)值評(píng)估體系和保護(hù)更新方案評(píng)估體系)的內(nèi)容構(gòu)成與實(shí)施步驟,并利用青島當(dāng)?shù)貛讉�(gè)實(shí)例進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)性評(píng)估。欲使青島工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)得到合理的保護(hù)更新,必須解決價(jià)值評(píng)估與保護(hù)更新的協(xié)調(diào)性問(wèn)題,而保障價(jià)值評(píng)估的準(zhǔn)確性及價(jià)值評(píng)估與保護(hù)更新之間的緊密聯(lián)系是解決問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵。本文提出的以AHP為基礎(chǔ)建立的青島工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值評(píng)估與保護(hù)更新體系能妥善解決青島工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值評(píng)估與保護(hù)更新的協(xié)調(diào)性問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the continuous development of the city, many factories of the old industrial city of Qingdao began to migrate from the center to the outside of the city. A large number of old factories are faced with the situation of more protection. However, after consuming huge human and financial resources, a great deal of industrial heritage still appears the phenomenon of serious failure of protection and renewal. The incoordination between value evaluation and conservation renewal is one of the main reasons for the failure of industrial heritage renewal in Qingdao. This paper makes a deep analysis of the inconsistency between the evaluation of industrial heritage value and the protection and renewal of Qingdao industrial heritage. And why. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper puts forward a method of establishing coordination system to solve the problem of coordination between value assessment and protection renewal. In order to provide theoretical guidance and basis for the protection and renewal of industrial heritage. This paper mainly studies the coordination between the value evaluation and protection and renewal of industrial architectural heritage in Qingdao. The specific research contents are as follows: first of all. On the basis of summing up its successful experience and deficiency, this paper looks forward to the establishment of a new coordinated evaluation method. Based on the example of Qingdao Industrial Heritage Protection and Renewal, this paper finds out the expression and reason of the coordination between the value evaluation of Industrial Heritage and the protection and renewal of Industrial Heritage, and puts forward a tentative plan to solve the coordination problem. This paper introduces the related contents of AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) theory, and analyzes its adaptability to solving the problem of industrial heritage coordination in Qingdao. Based on AHP, the content composition and implementation steps of Qingdao Industrial Heritage value and Conservation Renewal Coordination (Evaluation) system (including value Evaluation system and Conservation Renewal Scheme Evaluation system) are established. In order to protect and renew the industrial heritage of Qingdao reasonably, it is necessary to solve the problem of coordination between value assessment and conservation and renewal. The key to solve the problem is to ensure the accuracy of value assessment and the close connection between value evaluation and protection renewal. This paper proposes the Qingdao Industrial Heritage valuation and Conservation Renewal system based on AHP. To properly solve the problem of coordination between evaluation and protection of Qingdao industrial heritage value.
