建筑性能驅(qū)動設(shè)計流程研究

【摘要】:當代,由于建筑設(shè)計涉及要素眾多,導致建筑師在建筑設(shè)計過程中難以同時將各種建筑設(shè)計要素統(tǒng)籌耦合于設(shè)計當中,造成了建筑設(shè)計方案理性因素介入不足的現(xiàn)象。傳統(tǒng)的建筑設(shè)計方法存在著建筑設(shè)計與評價脫離所帶來的建筑過程反復,建筑設(shè)計準確度不高、設(shè)計方案優(yōu)化與深化不足,建筑設(shè)計效率較低的問題。針對這些問題,本文將多學科協(xié)同優(yōu)化設(shè)計(MDO)的設(shè)計思想引入到建筑設(shè)計當中,提出了在方案設(shè)計階段中建筑性能驅(qū)動的設(shè)計方法、構(gòu)建出建筑性能驅(qū)動設(shè)計的流程,嘗試實現(xiàn)建筑“設(shè)計與評價一體化”的方式解決建筑設(shè)計當中所存在的問題。首先,本文對性能、建筑性能的概念進行了論述與概念界定,論述于概括了建筑性能驅(qū)動設(shè)計的概念、分析了設(shè)計的目標解集與實現(xiàn)的軟件平臺,總結(jié)概括了性能驅(qū)動設(shè)計方法的特征與優(yōu)勢。本文引入遺傳算法作為建筑性能設(shè)計的使能技術(shù),研究分析了該算法的原理與特征,以該算法為主體架構(gòu)建筑性能驅(qū)動設(shè)計的流程;本文還研究了建筑性能中的形態(tài)參數(shù)、能耗參數(shù)與成本參數(shù)的構(gòu)成及其評價函數(shù)的建立;谶z傳算法的尋優(yōu)思想,以建筑性能的形態(tài)參數(shù)、能耗參數(shù)與成本參數(shù)作為控制、評價和篩選的條件,提出了建筑性能驅(qū)動設(shè)計方法的流程,并提出了流程展開圖。本文還結(jié)合所提出設(shè)計方法與設(shè)計流程,整合了建筑形態(tài)、建筑能耗與建筑成本之間關(guān)系,提出采用Pareto非劣解集來權(quán)衡三種要素之間的關(guān)系。本文的最后一章針對所提出的建筑性能驅(qū)動設(shè)計方法與流程,結(jié)合一個算例具體地說明了建筑性能驅(qū)動設(shè)計在方案設(shè)計中的前期信息整理、設(shè)計問題轉(zhuǎn)譯、性能自動優(yōu)化、最終的設(shè)計評價與終止條件四個設(shè)計階段與操作,論述了該方法在方案設(shè)計階段的重要細節(jié),并通過算例說明該設(shè)計方法的可行性。本文的研究旨在為建筑師進行建筑創(chuàng)作提供一種新的設(shè)計思想與方法,嘗試實現(xiàn)建筑設(shè)計與評價一體化,從而解決現(xiàn)有建筑設(shè)計方法準確性不足、設(shè)計效率較低、設(shè)計過程反復的設(shè)計問題。同時,為未來建筑自動化設(shè)計領(lǐng)域的研究提供一定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, due to the large number of elements involved in architectural design, it is difficult for architects to coupling all kinds of architectural design elements in the process of architectural design at the same time. The traditional architectural design method has repeated architectural process caused by the separation of architectural design and evaluation, and the accuracy of architectural design is not high. The optimization and deepening of design scheme is insufficient, and the efficiency of architectural design is low. In view of these problems, this paper introduces the design idea of multi-disciplinary cooperative optimization design (MDO) into architectural design. The design method of building performance-driven in the stage of scheme design is put forward, and the flow of performance-driven design is constructed. Try to achieve the architectural "design and evaluation integration" to solve the problems in the architectural design. First, this paper discusses and defines the concept of performance and building performance. The concept of building performance-driven design is summarized, and the software platform of the goal solution and realization of the design is analyzed. This paper summarizes the characteristics and advantages of performance-driven design method. In this paper, genetic algorithm is introduced as the enabling technology of building performance design, and the principle and characteristics of the algorithm are studied and analyzed. The process of building performance-driven design based on this algorithm; This paper also studies the configuration parameters, energy consumption parameters and cost parameters in building performance and the establishment of evaluation function. Based on the optimization idea of genetic algorithm, the shape parameters of building performance are used. Energy consumption parameters and cost parameters as control, evaluation and screening conditions, proposed building performance-driven design process, and proposed the flow chart. This paper also combined with the proposed design method and design process. The relationship between building form, building energy consumption and building cost is integrated. This paper proposes to use Pareto noninferior solution set to weigh the relationship between the three elements. The last chapter of this paper aims at the proposed building performance-driven design method and process. Combined with an example, the paper illustrates the four design stages and operations of building performance-driven design in scheme design, such as pre-information collation, design problem translation, performance automatic optimization, final design evaluation and termination conditions. This paper discusses the important details of this method in the stage of scheme design, and illustrates the feasibility of the design method through an example. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new design idea and method for architects in architectural creation. Try to achieve the integration of architectural design and evaluation, so as to solve the existing architectural design methods lack of accuracy, design efficiency is low, the design process repeatedly design. At the same time. It provides a basis for the future research in the field of architectural automation design.
