地源水井群回灌特性模擬與分析

【摘要】:地下水源熱泵系統(tǒng)是采用地下水作為低位熱源,并利用熱泵技術(shù),通過少量的高品位能輸入,實(shí)現(xiàn)冷熱量由低品位能向高品位能的轉(zhuǎn)移,從而達(dá)到為使用對(duì)象供熱或供冷的一種系統(tǒng)。地下水源熱泵技術(shù)以其節(jié)能、環(huán)保、運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低等優(yōu)勢(shì)得到了社會(huì)大眾的青睞。在地下水源熱泵系統(tǒng)中,除了需要抽取足夠的地下水量外,還應(yīng)該把同量的地下水回灌到原來的含水層中,以使水資源得到循環(huán)利用,因此對(duì)地源水井群回灌特性探究尤為重要。本文選取武漢地區(qū)的一棟辦公大樓地下水源熱泵兼冰蓄冷系統(tǒng)中的地源側(cè)系統(tǒng)作為研究的基準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)。依據(jù)相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙,確定基準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)計(jì)算參數(shù)。采用Flowmaster流體仿真軟件建立基準(zhǔn)模型,應(yīng)用模擬仿真的方法對(duì)地源側(cè)回灌井群回灌過程中的水力特性,流量分配特性等進(jìn)行分析研究,從而分析地源側(cè)水系統(tǒng)的流量是否達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求,該系統(tǒng)的回灌過程屬于重力回灌還是余壓回灌。最后,解決各回灌井回灌流量失衡問題,并提出優(yōu)化運(yùn)行方案。地源取水與回灌系統(tǒng)模擬主要是采用流體系統(tǒng)仿真軟件對(duì)地下水源熱泵系統(tǒng)地源側(cè)水系統(tǒng)的取水與回灌過程進(jìn)行仿真模擬,通過模擬地源側(cè)水系統(tǒng)在不同回灌工況下的回灌過程,得出系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)下運(yùn)行后實(shí)際可能達(dá)到的壓力、流量等參數(shù),并與測(cè)試結(jié)果得出的相應(yīng)參數(shù)進(jìn)行比較。在進(jìn)行回灌系統(tǒng)模擬仿真前需進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,以確保模擬仿真的的可行性。模擬工具為Flowmaster流體系統(tǒng)仿真軟件,進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn)的實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)為按比例縮小的取水與回灌系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)。論文中共對(duì)16個(gè)排氣工況與34個(gè)取水回灌工況進(jìn)行了回灌特性分析,對(duì)冬夏季工況進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化運(yùn)行方案分析,得到了最優(yōu)的閥門開度調(diào)節(jié)方法。
[Abstract]:The ground water source heat pump system adopts groundwater as the low heat source and uses the heat pump technology through a small amount of high grade energy input to realize the transfer of cold heat from low grade energy to high grade energy. The groundwater source heat pump technology has been favored by the public because of its advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, low operating cost and so on. In addition to the need to extract sufficient amounts of groundwater, the same amount of groundwater should be recharged into the original aquifer so that water resources can be recycled. Therefore, it is very important to study the recharge characteristics of ground source well group. In this paper, the ground source side system in an office building ground water source heat pump and ice storage system in Wuhan area is selected as the reference system. The drawings. The Flowmaster fluid simulation software was used to establish the reference model, and the hydraulic characteristics of the recharge well group on the ground side were simulated by the method of simulation. The characteristics of flow distribution are analyzed and studied to analyze whether the flow rate of the water system at the source side of the ground reaches the design requirements. The recharge process of the system belongs to gravity recharge or residual pressure recharge. Finally. To solve the problem of recharge flow imbalance in each recharge well. The simulation of groundwater intake and recharge system is mainly by using fluid system simulation software to simulate the water intake and recharge process of ground water source side water system of groundwater source heat pump system. By simulating the recharge process of the backwater system under different recharge conditions, the parameters of pressure and flow can be obtained after the system runs under the design parameters. Compared with the corresponding parameters obtained from the test results, the simulation of the recharge system needs to be verified by experiments. To ensure the feasibility of simulation, the simulation tool is Flowmaster fluid system simulation software. The experimental platform for the validation experiment is a scaled down water intake and recharge system. A total of 16 exhaust conditions and 34 water intake and recharge conditions were analyzed in this paper. The optimum operation scheme was analyzed in winter and summer, and the optimal valve opening adjustment method was obtained.
