【摘要】：以流域為空間界定,以城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌為研究背景,結(jié)合遼河流域文化的保護與發(fā)展實踐,試圖探索出打破行政區(qū)域概念的、立足于城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的流域文化保護策略和方法,以此樹立和強調(diào)"流域型文化遺產(chǎn)"的保護觀念。
[Abstract]:Taking the watershed as the space definition, taking the urban and rural planning as the research background, and combining the protection and development practice of the Liaohe River Basin culture, this paper tries to explore and break the concept of administrative region. Based on the strategies and methods of river basin culture protection in urban and rural development, the concept of "watershed cultural heritage" is established and emphasized.
