基于BIM技術(shù)的住宅建筑全生命周期應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:住宅建筑作為關(guān)系到人們居住生活的最重要的場所,在建筑業(yè)可謂是最接地氣的行業(yè),是建筑業(yè)的主要組成部分,隨著人們生活水平的提高,住宅建筑的綠色環(huán)保、智能化、高質(zhì)量、安全性和優(yōu)質(zhì)環(huán)境成為人們關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。在當(dāng)今信息化時代,人們更加關(guān)注建筑在規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)、施工運(yùn)維等全生命周期各個階段的信息,以及這些信息在不同階段、不同專業(yè)之間的交換和應(yīng)用。但在具體應(yīng)用中由于有多個獨(dú)立的參與方,有多個信息源且無法共享,在施工中經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)“錯”、“漏”、“碰”、“缺”等問題,這不僅增加了項(xiàng)目施工時間,更增加各方成本,并且在運(yùn)維階段無法準(zhǔn)確應(yīng)用這些信息,造成很大的浪費(fèi)。BIM(建筑信息模型)技術(shù)的提出是整個建筑行業(yè)的一個里程碑,BIM技術(shù)在住宅建筑全生命周期的應(yīng)用,從根本上解決了建筑項(xiàng)目各個參與方、多個信息源交流的信息斷層和應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)之間的信息孤島問題。實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑全生命周期各階段質(zhì)量、性能、進(jìn)度、安全和成本的集成化管理,對住宅建筑項(xiàng)目生命周期總成本、環(huán)境影響、能源消耗等進(jìn)行分析、模擬、預(yù)測和控制。使人們使用更先進(jìn)的技術(shù)和方法規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)住宅,管理住宅,讓人們的居住環(huán)境得到進(jìn)一步的提高和改善。本文對BIM(建筑信息模型)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了簡單的介紹,通過BIM技術(shù)在建筑全生命周期(BLM)中的應(yīng)用和BIM技術(shù)在住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化以及在綠色節(jié)能住宅中的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢做了一些探討。文中以開封市金色·安康家園小區(qū)一號樓為例,通過運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行對比分析,討論在住宅建筑項(xiàng)目個階段中運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù)的價(jià)值,BIM技術(shù)對住宅建筑發(fā)展的影響以及BIM技術(shù)具體實(shí)施過程中的保障措施,并對BIM技術(shù)的未來發(fā)展進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:Residential buildings, as the most important place related to people's living and living, can be described as the most approachable industry in the construction industry, is the main component of the construction industry, with the improvement of people's living standards. The green, intelligent, high quality, safety and high quality environment of residential buildings has become the focus of attention. In the information age, people pay more attention to the planning and design of buildings. The information of every stage of the whole life cycle, such as construction operation and maintenance, and the exchange and application of this information in different stages and different specialties. But in the concrete application, there are many independent participants. There are many information sources and can not be shared, in the construction will often appear "wrong", "leakage", "collision", "lack" and other problems, which not only increased the construction time of the project, but also increased the cost of all parties. And it is a milestone for the whole construction industry to put forward the technology of building information model (BIM), which can not be used accurately in the operation and maintenance stage. The application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of residential building has fundamentally solved the problem of each participant in the construction project. The problem of information isolated islands between information fault and application system. Realize the integrated management of quality, performance, schedule, safety and cost in every stage of the whole life cycle of building. This paper analyzes, simulates, predicts and controls the total life cycle cost, environmental impact and energy consumption of residential construction projects. It enables people to use more advanced technologies and methods to plan, design and manage housing. So that people's living environment has been further improved. This paper briefly introduces the BIM (Building Information Model) technology. Application of BIM in the whole life cycle of building. The application of BIM technology in residential industrialization and green energy-saving housing application advantages are discussed. This paper takes Kaifeng Golden Ankang Home Building as an example. Through the comparative analysis of BIM technology, the value of using BIM technology in each stage of residential construction project is discussed. The influence of BIM technology on the development of residential buildings and the safeguard measures in the implementation of BIM technology are also discussed. The future development of BIM technology is prospected.
