【摘要】：自上世紀(jì)改革開放后,至今的二三十年間,我國(guó)建筑業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快,整個(gè)中國(guó)成為一個(gè)巨大的工地。然而與巨大的建造量形成鮮明對(duì)比的是建筑質(zhì)量的低下。這種低下不僅體現(xiàn)在結(jié)構(gòu)的堅(jiān)固與否上,也體現(xiàn)在建筑形象和空間品質(zhì)上。過于追求建筑形象的風(fēng)氣使建筑的空間品質(zhì)被嚴(yán)重忽視,而這種形象的追求只停留在對(duì)西方建筑和中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)建筑的表面抄襲之上,并沒有深入的研究。在西方建筑師近幾年的項(xiàng)目中,可以看到層在建筑空間中的地位日益增加,空間作為建筑的本質(zhì)甚至成為設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)起點(diǎn)和主角。本文針對(duì)建筑內(nèi)部空間不被重視的問題,以相關(guān)空間理論研究為基礎(chǔ),加之國(guó)內(nèi)外大量有關(guān)層的空間操作案例的對(duì)比分析和提煉總結(jié),就如何體現(xiàn)建筑內(nèi)外空間形態(tài)的統(tǒng)一和與客觀環(huán)境因素的整合提出相應(yīng)的方案,并歸納和挖掘基于層的空間整合設(shè)計(jì)策略和手法。首先,論文討論了層的空間含義和屬性,以層在空間中的發(fā)展過程和多角度的相關(guān)理論研究,闡明層在空間中的操作意義和原則,并從主觀的層面上討論了層的空間表現(xiàn)層面,同時(shí)又在客觀的角度探尋了影響層空間操作的因素。以此作為整合設(shè)計(jì)的研究基礎(chǔ),以便進(jìn)一步尋找研究的切入點(diǎn)。其次,從空間形態(tài)和構(gòu)成的角度,將建筑分成內(nèi)外兩部分,抽象和提煉出層的空間操作手法和原型,使其變得清晰直白。之后將兩部分原型進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一,并整合相關(guān)聯(lián)的設(shè)計(jì)影響因素,進(jìn)行基于層的空間整合設(shè)計(jì)研究,總結(jié)相應(yīng)的趨勢(shì)和策略,以彌補(bǔ)關(guān)于層的空間理論的缺失,對(duì)實(shí)際項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)起到指導(dǎo)作用。最后,論文將層的空間整合操作和中國(guó)本土化的設(shè)計(jì)相聯(lián)系,以探尋二者間的契合點(diǎn),研究了與層相關(guān)的本土化設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)狀,并予以展望。希望以這種形式促進(jìn)中國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)向良性的方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since 0th century, after the reform and opening up to the outside world, the construction industry of our country has been booming and the process of urbanization has been speeding up in the past 20 or 30 years. The whole of China has become a huge construction site. However, in contrast to the huge quantity of construction, the low quality of the building is not only reflected in whether the structure is strong or not. Also reflected in the building image and space quality. Too much pursuit of the atmosphere of building image, the space quality of the building is seriously ignored. However, the pursuit of this image is only on the surface of Western architecture and Chinese traditional architecture plagiarism, and there is no in-depth study. In recent years, Western architects in the project. It can be seen that the position of floor in architectural space is increasing day by day. As the essence of architecture, space even becomes the starting point and protagonist of design. Based on the relevant space theory research, coupled with a large number of domestic and foreign space operations of the layer of comparative analysis and summary. On how to reflect the unity of space form inside and outside the building and the integration of objective environmental factors put forward the corresponding scheme and summarize and excavate the design strategies and techniques of spatial integration based on layer. First of all. This paper discusses the spatial meaning and attributes of the layer, and clarifies the operational significance and principle of the layer in the space by studying the development process of the layer in space and the related theory of multi-angle. And from the subjective level to discuss the level of spatial representation, and at the same time in an objective perspective to explore the impact of layer space operation, as the basis of integrated design research. In order to further search for the breakthrough point of research. Secondly, from the perspective of spatial form and composition, the architecture is divided into two parts, abstract and extract the layer of space operation techniques and prototypes. Make it clear and straightforward. Then the two parts of the prototype are unified and the associated design factors are integrated to study the spatial integration design based on layer and summarize the corresponding trends and strategies. In order to make up for the lack of space theory on the layer, the design of the actual project plays a guiding role. Finally, the paper will be the layer of space integration operation and the design of Chinese localization to explore the convergence between the two. This paper studies the present situation of the local design related to the floor and looks forward to it. It is hoped that this form will promote the development of the Chinese architectural design in a benign direction.
