【摘要】：隨著對(duì)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展和城市品質(zhì)的關(guān)注,作為改善城市環(huán)境品質(zhì)與消減熱島效應(yīng)的重要途徑的通風(fēng)廊道規(guī)劃建設(shè)逐步走進(jìn)人們的視野。以安慶市中心城區(qū)為例,借助PHOENICS軟件中的FLAIR模塊,運(yùn)用流體動(dòng)力學(xué)分析方法對(duì)研究范圍的通風(fēng)廊道采取"城區(qū)—分區(qū)"的研究思路進(jìn)行分類(lèi)研究。城區(qū)層面,識(shí)別出通風(fēng)口地區(qū)和一二級(jí)風(fēng)道,并將通風(fēng)口地區(qū)劃分為建設(shè)用地區(qū)和非建設(shè)用地區(qū),分別提出相應(yīng)的管控策略。分區(qū)層面,進(jìn)一步識(shí)別出三級(jí)風(fēng)道。對(duì)應(yīng)新、老城區(qū)需要解決的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,采取差異化的研究思路:老城區(qū)以"改善現(xiàn)有的通風(fēng)環(huán)境"為目標(biāo),針對(duì)通風(fēng)環(huán)境較差的地區(qū),提出近遠(yuǎn)期不同的改善策略,簡(jiǎn)稱為"亡羊補(bǔ)牢"。新城區(qū)以"保障未來(lái)形成良好的通風(fēng)環(huán)境"為目標(biāo),針對(duì)識(shí)別出的一二三級(jí)風(fēng)道沿線地區(qū),從寬度、建筑密度、阻風(fēng)率、高寬比和開(kāi)放度等方面提出控制指標(biāo)要求及規(guī)劃策略,總結(jié)為"未雨綢繆"。通過(guò)探索針對(duì)城市內(nèi)部不同地區(qū)的差異化通風(fēng)對(duì)策,以期對(duì)今后其他地區(qū)城市通風(fēng)廊道的規(guī)劃研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Along with the attention to the sustainable development of the city and the quality of the city. As an important way to improve urban environmental quality and reduce heat island effect ventilation corridor planning and construction step by step into the vision of people. Take Anqing City as an example. With the help of FLAIR module in PHOENICS software, using the method of hydrodynamic analysis, the ventilation corridor of the study scope is classified and studied by the idea of "city-zoning". Identify the air vent area and the first and second grade wind passage, and divide the air vent area into the construction area and the non-construction area, and put forward corresponding control and control strategies respectively. At the regional level, further identify the third level wind channel, corresponding to the new. The actual problems that need to be solved in the old urban area, adopt the different research idea: the old city takes "improving the existing ventilation environment" as the goal, aiming at the area with poor ventilation environment, put forward different improvement strategies in the near and long term. The new urban area aims at "ensuring a good ventilation environment in the future" and aims at the identified area along the 123 grade wind track from the width, building density and wind resistance rate. In the aspect of aspect of aspect such as aspect of aspect of aspect of aspect of aspect of aspect of height to width and open degree and so on, put forward the control index request and planning strategy, summarize for "make good plan ahead of time", through exploring the differential ventilation countermeasure aimed at different area of the city. In order to provide a reference for the planning and research of urban ventilation corridors in other areas in the future.
