基于BIM的工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度預(yù)警研究

【摘要】:隨著工程項(xiàng)目管理的不斷發(fā)展,BIM技術(shù)被引入了項(xiàng)目管理。本文是基于BIM技術(shù)完成對(duì)施工進(jìn)度的預(yù)警。通過對(duì)傳統(tǒng)進(jìn)度預(yù)警方法的對(duì)比分析,提出了BIM技術(shù)在進(jìn)度預(yù)警中的優(yōu)勢(shì),可以保證信息的準(zhǔn)確性,進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息更新的時(shí)效性。依靠BIM的可視化特點(diǎn),將進(jìn)度預(yù)警結(jié)果通過BIM模型展示出來,BIM技術(shù)可以幫助項(xiàng)目管理各方實(shí)現(xiàn)信息共享,打破信息“斷層”。本論文采用了張?jiān)撇ǖ倪M(jìn)度預(yù)警算法,結(jié)合MS Project以及BIM軟件中的核心建模軟件和模型應(yīng)用軟件,完成了基于BIM的進(jìn)度預(yù)警系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)的研究。將傳統(tǒng)預(yù)警結(jié)果,通過可視化的模擬方式呈現(xiàn)給項(xiàng)目管理者,幫助管理者完成輔助決策。通過案例驗(yàn)證該系統(tǒng)完成進(jìn)度預(yù)警的可能性,案例的結(jié)果借以Navisworks的顯示方式展示預(yù)警的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of project management, BIM technology has been introduced into project management. This paper is based on BIM technology to complete the early warning of construction progress. This paper puts forward the advantage of BIM technology in schedule early warning, which can ensure the accuracy of information and the timeliness of updating progress risk information. It relies on the visualization characteristics of BIM. The progress warning results can be displayed by BIM model to help all parties to share information and break the information "fault". In this paper, Zhang Yunbo's progress early warning algorithm is adopted in this paper. Combining with the core modeling software and model application software of MS Project and BIM software, the architecture of progress warning system based on BIM is studied. It is presented to the project manager through visual simulation to help the manager complete the auxiliary decision. The possibility of the system completing the progress warning is verified by the case. The results of the case show the results of the warning by the display of the Navisworks.
