【摘要】:隨著城市的快速發(fā)展,城市下墊面條件發(fā)生著巨大變化,對(duì)城市氣候環(huán)境產(chǎn)生著很大的影響。特別是對(duì)于與居民生活密切相關(guān)的城市住區(qū)來(lái)說(shuō),建設(shè)者對(duì)住區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)建設(shè)大都只是從住區(qū)的功能和美觀(guān)角度進(jìn)行考慮,卻忽視了下墊面對(duì)住區(qū)內(nèi)微氣候的影響,而住區(qū)微氣候環(huán)境對(duì)于人的影響也是至關(guān)重要的。因此,本文對(duì)哈爾濱城市住區(qū)中的水體下墊面配置對(duì)微氣候的影響進(jìn)行研究是十分有意義的。希望通過(guò)本文的研究,能夠得出哈爾濱城市住區(qū)中水體的不同配置形式對(duì)住區(qū)微氣候的影響情況。從水體下墊面配置的角度對(duì)哈爾濱城市住區(qū)的建設(shè)提出一定的建議,以改善哈爾濱城市住區(qū)的微氣候狀況,提高住區(qū)中微氣候環(huán)境的舒適度。首先,通過(guò)對(duì)哈爾濱市區(qū)范圍內(nèi)的居民住區(qū)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研,掌握哈爾濱城市住區(qū)中水體配置現(xiàn)狀,并且通過(guò)歸納和總結(jié),將哈爾濱城市住區(qū)中水體配置的形式歸納分為集中式、分散式、邊流式三種基本形式,并對(duì)每一種基本的水體配置形式按著各自的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了初步的劃分。然后,選取比較典型的水體配置住區(qū)并運(yùn)用專(zhuān)業(yè)儀器進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè),用實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)與模擬數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,證明Envi-met軟件數(shù)值模擬的有效性。最后,模擬分析了水體對(duì)于住區(qū)微氣候的影響狀態(tài),以及水體的不同面積比例配置對(duì)于住區(qū)微氣候的影響情況,并更加深入地模擬分析了住區(qū)內(nèi)不同的水體形態(tài)和位置的配置對(duì)城市住區(qū)微氣候環(huán)境的影響。經(jīng)過(guò)研究得出:水體對(duì)于其下風(fēng)向區(qū)域內(nèi)的微氣候環(huán)境影響顯著;當(dāng)水體面積比例達(dá)到一定程度時(shí),隨著水體占住區(qū)面積比例的增加,其對(duì)住區(qū)微氣候環(huán)境的影響幅度逐漸減弱;水體配置情況的不同對(duì)住區(qū)內(nèi)微氣候環(huán)境的影響有較大差別,不同水體配置形式對(duì)住區(qū)微氣候的影響特點(diǎn)各有不同。對(duì)于三種基本水體配置形式的水體,針對(duì)其各自特點(diǎn),對(duì)水體配置情況進(jìn)行更加深入分類(lèi)和模擬研究,從位置、方向、分散程度等多個(gè)方面綜合分析不同配置情況下的水體對(duì)于住區(qū)內(nèi)微氣候的影響,并且對(duì)比分析得出對(duì)夏季城市住區(qū)內(nèi)微氣候環(huán)境調(diào)節(jié)最有效的水體配置情況。最后,從微氣候調(diào)節(jié)的角度出發(fā),對(duì)哈爾濱城市住區(qū)中的水體配置情況提出相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the city, the condition of the underlying surface of the city has undergone tremendous changes, which has a great impact on the urban climate and environment, especially for the urban settlements which are closely related to the life of the residents. The builders only consider the design and construction of residential area from the point of view of function and beauty, but ignore the influence of the underlying cushion on the microclimate in the residential area. The microclimatic environment of residential areas is also critical to the human impact. In this paper, it is very meaningful to study the effect of water cushion configuration on microclimate in Harbin urban residential area. It can get the influence of different allocation forms of water body on the microclimate of the residential area in Harbin. From the view of the allocation of the underlying surface of the water body, some suggestions are put forward for the construction of the urban residential area in Harbin. In order to improve the situation of microclimate in urban residential areas in Harbin, improve the comfort of the micro-climate environment in the residential areas. First of all, through the field investigation of the residential areas in the urban area of Harbin. Grasp the present situation of water allocation in Harbin urban residential area, and through the induction and summary, Harbin urban residential area water allocation form can be divided into centralized, decentralized, edge flow three basic forms. And each basic water configuration form according to their own characteristics of the preliminary division. Then, select a more typical water configuration settlements and use professional instruments to carry out the field measurement. The effectiveness of the numerical simulation of Envi-met software is proved by comparing the measured data with the simulated data. Finally, the influence of water on the microclimate of residential area is simulated and analyzed. And the effect of different area proportion of water body on the microclimate of residential area. The effects of the configuration of different water bodies in the residential area on the microclimate environment of urban residential areas are analyzed more deeply. It is concluded that the water body has a significant impact on the microclimate environment in its downwind region; When the water area proportion reaches a certain degree, with the increase of the area proportion of the water body occupied area, its influence on the microclimate environment of residential area gradually weakens. The effect of different water allocation on the microclimate environment in residential area is different, and the influence characteristics of different water configuration forms on residential microclimate are different. For the three basic water allocation forms of water bodies. According to their respective characteristics, more in-depth classification and simulation of the water body configuration, from the position, direction. The degree of dispersion and other aspects of the comprehensive analysis of different configurations of water on the impact of the living area microclimate. And the comparison and analysis of the summer urban residential area microclimate environment regulation of the most effective water configuration. Finally, from the point of view of microclimate regulation. This paper puts forward the corresponding design strategy for the water body configuration in Harbin urban residential area.
