【摘要】：針對西南農村傳統(tǒng)穿斗木住宅因地震破壞影響、年久失修等原因造成的房屋整體結構損壞、承重構件腐蝕與開裂等現象,對廣元市旺蒼縣高陽鎮(zhèn)關山村的穿斗式木結構農房進行實地調查,統(tǒng)計其所占比例、破壞形式及危險點,依據《農村住房危險性鑒定標準》(JGJ/T 363—2014),利用層次分析法對其進行定性及定量的危險等級鑒定,得出各危險等級房屋所占的比例,并提出相關加固改造建議。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the damage of the whole structure, corrosion and cracking of load-bearing members caused by earthquake damage and disrepair of the traditional wooden house in southwest rural area. A field investigation was carried out on the agricultural houses with wooden structure in Guanshan Village, Gaoyang Town, WangCang County, Guangyuan City, and the proportion, damage forms and dangerous points of the houses were counted. According to the criteria of Rural Housing Hazard Assessment (JGJ / T363-2014), the qualitative and quantitative hazard grade identification was carried out by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The proportion of each dangerous grade house is obtained, and the suggestion of strengthening and rebuilding is put forward.
