【摘要】:在我國(guó)土地資源極為緊張的情況下,城市土地利用的效率卻還很低,單位用地的利用率水平依然低于國(guó)際平均水平。以往的高校校園建設(shè)普遍采用粗放式的土地利用模式和較低密度的開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)模式,既浪費(fèi)了珍貴的土地資源也不利于學(xué)校的管理使用和未來(lái)的持續(xù)發(fā)展?紤]到我國(guó)高等教育的發(fā)展建設(shè)對(duì)土地資源的持續(xù)需求,緊湊集約的校園將是未來(lái)更多高校校園建設(shè)的選擇。然而,集約化問(wèn)題并不是簡(jiǎn)單地越集約越好,必須兼顧空間質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。筆者認(rèn)為,集約化校園設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵在于如何在實(shí)現(xiàn)高密度校園環(huán)境的同時(shí)又能保證較好的空間質(zhì)量,而不同的校園空間形態(tài)在實(shí)現(xiàn)不同集約化程度的同時(shí)也帶來(lái)不同的空間品質(zhì),因此,本論文通過(guò)采用定性與定量相結(jié)合的研究方法,對(duì)校園空間形態(tài)與室內(nèi)、外空間品質(zhì)的相互關(guān)系開(kāi)展深入的量化分析與討論,探索與特定氣候條件相適應(yīng),能夠更加合理的提高高校校園集約化程度的設(shè)計(jì)方法。本文以集約化校園的空間形態(tài)、集約化程度與空間品質(zhì)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性關(guān)系作為研究對(duì)象,主要在以下三個(gè)方面展開(kāi)研究,并得出初步結(jié)論:1.在研究集約化校園案例與構(gòu)建研究理論的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)集約化校園空間形態(tài)與空間品質(zhì)的相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。選取有代表性的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐案例進(jìn)行建成環(huán)境使用后評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)查,基于相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)<业囊庖?jiàn)征詢與問(wèn)卷反饋統(tǒng)計(jì),初步構(gòu)建了關(guān)于高密度校園環(huán)境質(zhì)量的主觀評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系與方法,對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,從使用者需求角度出發(fā)探尋對(duì)集約化校園空間品質(zhì)有重要影響的設(shè)計(jì)因素。2.不同的群體布局與單體體量變化會(huì)帶來(lái)不同的集約化程度,也會(huì)導(dǎo)致不同的校園空間形態(tài)特點(diǎn),進(jìn)而決定了室內(nèi)空間品質(zhì)的高低。借鑒荷蘭魯?shù)辖淌诘难芯糠椒?通過(guò)建立數(shù)學(xué)模型與繪制數(shù)據(jù)圖表的方法進(jìn)行多種指標(biāo)的動(dòng)態(tài)模擬分析,量化比較研究不同的群體布局模式與單體體量組合模式對(duì)校園室內(nèi)空間品質(zhì)的不同影響。研究中設(shè)定某些指標(biāo)為定量,某些指標(biāo)為變量,來(lái)探尋目標(biāo)變量的變化趨勢(shì),使不同空間形態(tài)類型對(duì)室內(nèi)空間品質(zhì)的不同影響可以相互比較,同時(shí)論文結(jié)合教育建筑對(duì)光環(huán)境的特殊要求,對(duì)“立面系數(shù)”指標(biāo)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提出用“外部接觸系數(shù)”指標(biāo)來(lái)簡(jiǎn)化模擬教育建筑室內(nèi)空間品質(zhì)的方法,進(jìn)行單體體量變化的比較研究。3對(duì)集約化校園室外環(huán)境質(zhì)量的研究離不開(kāi)特定的氣候條件。研究中借鑒英國(guó)劍橋大學(xué)科恩教授提出的“城市多樣性地圖”的研究方法,對(duì)校園空間形態(tài)與室外空間品質(zhì)的相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行量化研究,選取有代表性的集約化校園案例,量化模擬校園室外環(huán)境多種因素影響下的微氣候條件,并進(jìn)一步提出將校園功能布局圖與城市多樣性地圖進(jìn)行疊加,找出其中微環(huán)境條件最不利且人流量大的區(qū)域,通過(guò)對(duì)空間形態(tài)的調(diào)整改善微環(huán)境條件,經(jīng)過(guò)多次模擬比較,直至實(shí)現(xiàn)特定氣候條件和特定密度條件的校園空間形態(tài)的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Land resources in our country is extremely tense situation, the city land use efficiency is low, the unit rate is still lower than the international average level of land use. The construction of university campus in widely used mode and low density development mode of extensive land use, management and use of waste precious the land resources is not conducive to the school and future sustainable development.
