【摘要】:預(yù)制裝配蜂窩型鋼混凝土梁是一種新型組合結(jié)構(gòu)形式,它兼具型鋼混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)、預(yù)制裝配結(jié)構(gòu)以及蜂窩型鋼梁的優(yōu)點,具有非常廣泛應(yīng)用前景。本文結(jié)合7個T型梁試件,對預(yù)制裝配蜂窩型鋼混凝土梁斜截面破壞形態(tài)、延性、抗剪承載力及剛度等性能展開了研究,并結(jié)合理論方法,推導(dǎo)和建立了抗剪承載力和撓度的計算理論和計算方法。共設(shè)計和制作7個預(yù)制裝配蜂窩型鋼混凝土T形梁試件,結(jié)合單調(diào)集中荷載靜力試驗研究,著重研究名義加載剪跨比、現(xiàn)場后澆混凝土強度及蜂窩型鋼孔洞位置等參數(shù)對預(yù)制裝配蜂窩型鋼混凝土梁的裂縫發(fā)展、破壞形態(tài)、變形能力及抗剪承載力的影響。試驗研究結(jié)果表明:(1)預(yù)制裝配蜂窩型鋼混凝土梁中預(yù)制、后澆混凝土及蜂窩型鋼變形協(xié)調(diào),未發(fā)生明顯縱向滑移;(2)預(yù)制裝配蜂窩型鋼混凝土梁變形能力較好,斜截面剪切破壞時具有良好塑性;(3)預(yù)制裝配蜂窩型鋼混凝土梁抗剪承載力與剪跨比、現(xiàn)澆混凝土強度以及蜂窩孔洞位置密切相關(guān)。進一步結(jié)合試驗研究結(jié)果,對預(yù)制裝配蜂窩型鋼混凝土梁斜截面抗剪機理進行分析,并在相關(guān)理論研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,進一步分析了考慮蜂窩型鋼孔洞位置、孔洞形狀對抗剪承載力的影響,提出了預(yù)制裝配蜂窩型鋼混凝土梁的抗剪承載力計算公式以及撓度計算方法,其計算值與試驗值吻合較好。預(yù)制裝配組合結(jié)構(gòu)是鋼—混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)的重要發(fā)展方向,預(yù)制裝配蜂窩型鋼混凝土梁具有良好性能優(yōu)勢和廣泛應(yīng)用前景,但相關(guān)研究開展較少,本文研究成果可為建立預(yù)制裝配蜂窩型鋼混凝土梁的設(shè)計和施工方法提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Prefabricated honeycomb steel reinforced concrete beam is a new type of composite structure, which has the advantages of steel reinforced concrete structure, prefabricated assembly structure and honeycomb steel beam. In this paper, the failure mode, ductility, shear capacity and stiffness of prefabricated honeycomb steel reinforced concrete beams are studied. Combined with the theoretical method, the calculation theory and calculation method of shear capacity and deflection are derived and established. Seven prefabricated honeycomb steel reinforced concrete T-shaped beam specimens are designed and manufactured. Combined with the static test of monotone concentrated load, the crack development of prefabricated beehive reinforced concrete beams with the parameters of nominal loading shear span ratio, post-pouring concrete strength and hole position of honeycomb steel is studied. The experimental results show that: 1) prefabricated beehive reinforced concrete beams are prefabricated, and post-cast concrete and honeycomb steel deformation are coordinated. No obvious longitudinal slip occurred; (2) prefabricated beehive reinforced concrete beams have good deformation capacity and good plasticity during shear failure of oblique sections; 3) the shear bearing capacity of prefabricated beehive reinforced concrete beams is closely related to the shear span ratio, the strength of cast-in-place concrete and the location of honeycomb holes. The shear resistance mechanism of prefabricated honeycomb steel reinforced concrete beams is analyzed, and the hole position of honeycomb steel is further analyzed on the basis of relevant theoretical research results. The influence of the hole shape on the shear bearing capacity is studied. The formula of shear bearing capacity and the calculation method of deflection of prefabricated beehive reinforced concrete beams are proposed. The prefabricated composite structure is an important development direction of steel-concrete composite structure. Prefabricated assembly honeycomb steel reinforced concrete beam has good performance advantages and wide application prospects. However, there are few related studies. The research results in this paper can provide the basis for the design and construction of prefabricated assembly steel reinforced concrete beams.
