【摘要】：國家正在大力推廣住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化,其中預(yù)制裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)是重點內(nèi)容之一。全國形成多個住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化綜合試點城市,市場迫切需要相關(guān)設(shè)計軟件。啟動開發(fā)適應(yīng)政策導(dǎo)向及市場需求的裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計軟件已迫在眉睫。PKPM預(yù)制裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計軟件PBIMS-PC的研發(fā),為設(shè)計人員提供預(yù)制混凝土構(gòu)件的脫模、運輸、吊裝過程中的計算工具,實現(xiàn)整體結(jié)構(gòu)分析及相關(guān)內(nèi)力調(diào)整、連接設(shè)計,在PBIMS平臺下實現(xiàn)預(yù)制構(gòu)件庫的建立、三維拆分與預(yù)拼裝、碰撞檢查、構(gòu)件詳圖、材料統(tǒng)計、模型數(shù)據(jù)直接接力到生產(chǎn)加工設(shè)備。該軟件的研發(fā)必將簡化裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計工作、提高工作效率、減小設(shè)計錯誤,推動住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:The country is vigorously promoting the industrialization of housing, among which prefabricated concrete structure is one of the key contents. A number of comprehensive pilot cities for the modernization of housing industry have been formed throughout the country. The market urgently needs the related design software. It is urgent to develop the prefabricated concrete structure design software PBIMS which adapts to the policy direction and the market demand. -Research and development of PC. For designers to provide prefabricated concrete members in the process of demoulding, transportation, hoisting calculation tools, to achieve the overall structure analysis and related internal force adjustment, connection design. In the PBIMS platform to achieve the establishment of a prefabricated component library, three-dimensional split and pre-assembly, collision inspection, component details, material statistics. The research and development of the software will simplify the work of assembly structure design, improve work efficiency, reduce design errors and promote the process of housing industrialization.
