【摘要】：在景觀建筑設計中,以設計形態(tài)學來講它是有生命的、有動態(tài)的、有結構的“肌理組織”,在這復雜的組織中,卻有著一定的形式做為根本基礎,例如:空間、路徑、邊界、焦點等等。每個人都以其獨特的方式和為了某種特殊目的在使用和經歷著景觀中的各種元素。屋頂花園自然也是景觀建筑肌理中的一個獨特的分支。那么從它的定義,歷史與發(fā)展入手,分析屋頂花園對環(huán)境有何作用性,屋頂花園的制作過程,以及其按功能性怎樣分區(qū)的,并與實踐結合分析“碧海尚城”屋頂花園景觀設計,結合自己在其中的設計,首先屋頂花園景觀中對于“型”的定義,其次對于屋頂花園空間中功能性分區(qū)及其對周邊環(huán)境的影響,對周邊人群的影響,對其地下環(huán)境的影響,包括屋頂樓體、景觀、植物,以及屋頂下地下商場、地下停車庫等地。再次,要確定屋頂花園的風格走向,按綠化布局分自然式、規(guī)則式和混合式等等。要做足一系列的分析,才能做好一個屋頂花園的設計的開端:分析其對屋頂?shù)某休d量、種植的植物根系的問題、減少排水量、通風口等等一系列問題。主要分析:1、入口緩沖區(qū)的設計2、路徑的布局(以荷載量為主分析中外路徑設計)3、場所及設施的實現(xiàn)(分析結構、構件)4、入戶口(等待區(qū)和通過區(qū)的空間,包括高層的照明設計)5、植物的功能性(圍擋、觀賞、荷載等)6、照明設計對屋頂花園的影響7、屋頂花園的未來(例如:城市農場)。在設計中利用場地分析的成果,以日月為題,中國先秦兩漢背景為元素,將南北兩個核心空間規(guī)劃成兩個核心的景觀節(jié)點,地處南北分屬陰陽,由方向確定風向,同時要做的交通組織設計與排水組織豎向設計,追求更完善的屋頂花園空間體系。
