【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國中小城市發(fā)展速度的加快,中小城市新區(qū)建設(shè)被各地區(qū)提上議程。作為市民文化生活的重要場所,文化建筑綜合體成為中小城市新區(qū)開發(fā)的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。常規(guī)的設(shè)計(jì)方法使得文化類場館的空間較為封閉、空間使用效率低下,不能滿足人們對(duì)于文化交流的需求。共享化的設(shè)計(jì)能夠提高空間使用效率,增強(qiáng)空間之間的交互。然而共享化的設(shè)計(jì)在中小城市的文化建筑綜合體中的應(yīng)用較少,大城市文化建筑綜合體的設(shè)計(jì)方法只能部分借鑒,不能完全套用。本文主要從以下幾個(gè)方面展開針對(duì)中小城市文化建筑綜合體空間共享化問題的研究：第一部分為提出問題,即第一章緒論。簡要闡述了研究選題的背景、目的、項(xiàng)目概況、相關(guān)概念及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分為分析問題,即第二章建筑模式研究。從管理模式和使用模式兩個(gè)角度入手,對(duì)常規(guī)模式進(jìn)行研究并提出創(chuàng)造性的新型模式。研究了管理和使用模式對(duì)中小城市文化建筑綜合體空間設(shè)計(jì)的需求。第三部分為解決問題,即第三章空間的共享化問題研究,該部分首先研究了共享化設(shè)計(jì)在中小城市文化建筑綜合體中的可行性,從空間的共享策略和共享空間設(shè)計(jì)方法兩個(gè)角度研究了中小城市文化建筑綜合體的共享化設(shè)計(jì)。第四部分為實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,即第四章工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)例,該部分結(jié)合筆者在研究生階段參與的三個(gè)文化建筑綜合體項(xiàng)目——青縣文化中心、金湖文化中心、廣德文化中心從不同角度分析上文總結(jié)出的建筑模式和設(shè)計(jì)策略在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of the development of small and medium-sized cities in China, the construction of new areas of small and medium-sized cities has been put on the agenda of various regions, as an important place for the cultural life of citizens. Cultural complex has become a key project in the development of new areas in small and medium-sized cities. Conventional design methods make the space of cultural venues more closed and inefficient. Can not meet the needs of people for cultural exchanges. Sharing design can improve the efficiency of space use. Enhance the interaction between the space. However, the sharing of the design in the small and medium-sized cities in the application of cultural architecture complex is less, the design method of the large city cultural building complex can only be used for some reference. Can not be fully applied. This paper mainly from the following aspects of the small and medium-sized city cultural complex space sharing research: the first part is to raise the problem. The first chapter is the introduction. Briefly describes the background, purpose, project overview, related concepts and domestic and foreign research status. The second part is the analysis of the problem. That is, the second chapter of the architectural model research. From the management model and the use of two perspectives. This paper studies the conventional model and puts forward a new creative model. It studies the demand of management and usage model for the space design of the cultural complex in small and medium-sized cities. The third part is to solve the problem. That is, the third chapter of the sharing of space research, this part of the first part of the sharing design in small and medium-sized cities in the feasibility of cultural architecture complex. This paper studies the sharing design of cultural building complex in medium and small cities from the perspective of space sharing strategy and shared space design method. 4th is the practical application, that is, 4th chapter of project examples. This part combines the three cultural building complex projects that the author participated in in the graduate school stage-Qingxian cultural center, Jinhu cultural center. Guangde Cultural Center analyzes the application of architectural patterns and design strategies summarized above in practical projects from different angles.
