【摘要】:目前,建筑行業(yè)的自動(dòng)化水平與其他行業(yè)相比尚顯落后,隨著世界特別是發(fā)達(dá)國家對(duì)工程建造建設(shè)概念的轉(zhuǎn)變,實(shí)現(xiàn)快速、高效的自動(dòng)化建造已成為世界建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。建筑3D打印技術(shù)是近年來產(chǎn)生的一項(xiàng)高新自動(dòng)化建筑技術(shù),具有廣闊的發(fā)展?jié)摿?對(duì)其進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究是非常必要的。首先,本文對(duì)建筑3D打印技術(shù)的基本原理、特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了梳理,在此基礎(chǔ)上把目前已有的建筑3D打印技術(shù)劃分為擠出固化和選擇性粘結(jié)兩種工藝,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了比較分析。通過具體深入的分析,本文將建筑3D打印的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題歸納為材料、工藝及裝置、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。另外,將建筑3D打印技術(shù)與裝配式建筑技術(shù)、模塊化建筑技術(shù)等先進(jìn)建筑技術(shù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比評(píng)價(jià),通過系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)表明建筑3D打印技術(shù)是一項(xiàng)可行的、前沿的、有巨大潛力的新型建筑技術(shù),但技術(shù)不夠成熟,仍然有一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題亟待解決。其次,針對(duì)擠出固化這種打印工藝,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于擠出固化的建筑3D打印裝置,包括控制系統(tǒng)、XYZ運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、擠出系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)。然后,對(duì)裝置的控制系統(tǒng)、XYZ運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、擠出系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)及設(shè)備選型,對(duì)裝置的數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)了用于數(shù)據(jù)模型數(shù)據(jù)處理的關(guān)鍵算法并進(jìn)行了軟件開發(fā)。最后,通過基于擠出固化的建筑3D打印實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了本文中設(shè)計(jì)的基于擠出固化建筑3D打印裝置的正確性,并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置、實(shí)驗(yàn)材料以及實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證的全部過程進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析。本文理清了建筑3D打印關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題,并設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于擠出固化的建筑3D打印裝置,對(duì)于人們研究建筑3D打印技術(shù),研發(fā)建筑3D打印裝置具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the automation level of the construction industry is still lagging behind compared with other industries. With the transformation of the concept of engineering construction in the world, especially in developed countries, the realization of rapid. Efficient automatic construction has become the development trend of the construction industry in the world. Building 3D printing technology is a high and new automatic building technology which has broad development potential in recent years. It is very necessary to study it systematically. First of all, the basic principle and characteristics of 3D printing technology of architecture are combed in this paper. On this basis, the existing building 3D printing technology is divided into two processes: extrusion curing and selective bonding, and it is compared and analyzed. In this paper, the key technical problems of building 3D printing are summarized as materials, techniques and devices, standards. In addition, building 3D printing technology and assembly building technology are also discussed. The comparative evaluation of advanced building technology, such as modular building technology, shows that the 3D printing technology is a new type of building technology with great potential, which is feasible, cutting-edge and has great potential through the comprehensive evaluation of system science. But the technology is not mature, there are still some key technical problems to be solved. Secondly, aiming at the printing process of extrusion curing, this paper designs a building 3D printing device based on extrusion curing, including control system. XYZ motion system, extrusion system, data processing system. Then, the control system of the device XYZ motion system, extrusion system is designed in detail and equipment selection. The key algorithm for data processing of data model is designed and the software is developed. The correctness of the 3D printing device based on extrusion curing is verified by the experiment of building 3D printing based on extrusion curing. The experimental materials and the whole process of experimental verification are systematically analyzed. In this paper, the key technical problems of building 3D printing are clarified, and a building 3D printing device based on extrusion curing is designed. For people to study the building 3D printing technology, research and development of building 3D printing device has important reference significance.
