【摘要】:針對烏東德水電站右岸地下主廠房在引水洞下平段L3支洞頂拱開挖過程中,7#、8#機組段上游邊墻出現(xiàn)的圍巖變形快速增長和沿層面開裂等變形破壞現(xiàn)象,結(jié)合地質(zhì)、監(jiān)測、物探及施工資料,分析主廠房圍巖變形與破壞特征;诖,從巖體結(jié)構(gòu)、地應(yīng)力狀態(tài)、施工過程等角度出發(fā),結(jié)合3維離散元數(shù)值仿真手段,對圍巖變形開裂機制進行綜合論證和深入探討。結(jié)果表明:小夾角順傾下游的陡傾層狀巖體結(jié)構(gòu)是造成7#、8#組段上游邊墻變形快速增長并呈現(xiàn)一定時效特征的地質(zhì)基礎(chǔ);L3支洞頂拱施工速度過快,從而產(chǎn)生了強烈的圍巖卸荷擾動效應(yīng),導(dǎo)致上游邊墻圍巖一定深度范圍內(nèi)巖體沿層面張開和滑移,引起圍巖變形的突然性快速增長;陡傾角層狀巖體的圍巖變形開裂特征對L3支洞頂拱開挖規(guī)模及擾動較為敏感,合理控制巖體開挖規(guī)模及卸荷擾動效應(yīng)能夠有效地減小圍巖變形、結(jié)構(gòu)面錯動和張開現(xiàn)象。研究成果可為類似陡傾角大跨度地下工程開挖的穩(wěn)定性分析及支護設(shè)計提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The main underground powerhouse on the right bank of Wudongde Hydropower Station is excavated during the excavation of the L3 branch arch in the horizontal section of the diversion tunnel. The deformation and failure phenomena of surrounding rock such as the rapid growth of surrounding rock deformation and cracking along the plane of the upstream side wall in the upper reaches of the power unit are analyzed. Combined with geological monitoring geophysical prospecting and construction data the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock of the main powerhouse are analyzed. From the point of view of rock mass structure, in-situ stress state, construction process and so on, combined with 3D discrete element numerical simulation method. The mechanism of deformation and cracking of surrounding rock is comprehensively demonstrated and deeply discussed. The results show that the structure of steeply inclined layered rock mass downstream with small angle is the cause of "7#". The geological foundation of the deformation of the upstream side wall of the 8# formation is increasing rapidly and showing certain time-dependent characteristics; The construction speed of L3 roof arch is too fast, which results in the strong disturbance effect of surrounding rock unloading, which leads to the rock mass opening and sliding along the plane in a certain depth range of upstream side wall rock. The sudden increase of surrounding rock deformation; The deformation and cracking characteristics of rock mass with steep dip angle are sensitive to the excavation scale and disturbance of the roof arch of L3 branch tunnel. Reasonably controlling the excavation scale of rock mass and the effect of unloading disturbance can effectively reduce the deformation of surrounding rock. The research results can be used for reference for the stability analysis and support design of similar steep inclined large span underground engineering excavation.
