【摘要】:工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目包含眾多參與方和影響因素,任何一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的失誤都會(huì)對(duì)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量帶來(lái)直接或間接的影響,威脅項(xiàng)目的結(jié)構(gòu)功能和使用安全。近年來(lái),我國(guó)的建筑業(yè)有了很大的發(fā)展,但在質(zhì)量控制上仍存在一些比較突出的問(wèn)題。作為引領(lǐng)建筑行業(yè)信息化的新型技術(shù),基于BIM技術(shù)的信息平臺(tái)有利于項(xiàng)目參與各方進(jìn)行信息交流和協(xié)同工作,避免了在信息傳輸過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的錯(cuò)誤,進(jìn)一步提高了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的信息化和集成化水平。BIM建筑信息模型通過(guò)對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目所有相關(guān)信息數(shù)據(jù)的集成和統(tǒng)一,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立模型,利用數(shù)字化的信息對(duì)建筑物進(jìn)行仿真模擬。BIM具有集成性、關(guān)聯(lián)性、優(yōu)化性、協(xié)調(diào)性等特點(diǎn),能對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行施工模擬和碰撞檢測(cè),這是傳統(tǒng)的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)所不具備的優(yōu)勢(shì),BIM技術(shù)適應(yīng)了當(dāng)前建筑行業(yè)質(zhì)量控制信息化和集成化的需求,是質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)發(fā)展的典型代表。因此,有必要對(duì)基于BIM技術(shù)的建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量控制體系深入研究。本文通過(guò)對(duì)大量文獻(xiàn)資料的研究,結(jié)合相關(guān)的案例,基于對(duì)BIM內(nèi)涵要素和技術(shù)原理等基礎(chǔ)理論的研究,總結(jié)現(xiàn)有建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量控制理論與傳統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量控制方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)在工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制思想上、技術(shù)上和工作方式上存在的問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文從新的角度出發(fā),將BIM技術(shù)整合到建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量控制中,針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題一一進(jìn)行了探究。文章首先研究了BIM基本理論,介紹了BIM的特點(diǎn)和內(nèi)涵要素,并分析了BIM的技術(shù)原理;其次研究了建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量控制的理論和現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了傳統(tǒng)質(zhì)量控制的內(nèi)容、方法以及影響因素,并指出了現(xiàn)階段質(zhì)量控制中存在的問(wèn)題,重點(diǎn)分析了將BIM技術(shù)引入到建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量控制中的優(yōu)勢(shì)與價(jià)值;第三,針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題,研究了BIM技術(shù)在質(zhì)量控制中的適宜性,對(duì)現(xiàn)存質(zhì)量控制問(wèn)題的解決,詳細(xì)闡述了BIM對(duì)工程質(zhì)量控制思想、技術(shù)及工作方式上帶來(lái)的改變,并從質(zhì)量影響五大因素和PDCA循環(huán)方面介紹了BIM在質(zhì)量控制中的應(yīng)用;最后,以3D建筑信息模型為基礎(chǔ),引入時(shí)間信息和質(zhì)量信息,創(chuàng)建5D建筑信息質(zhì)量控制模型。通過(guò)構(gòu)建BIM信息平臺(tái),形成BIM質(zhì)量控制框架,對(duì)質(zhì)量控制流程進(jìn)行再造,并結(jié)合相關(guān)案例,詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了BIM在實(shí)施工程中的具體應(yīng)用。

In recent years, China's construction industry has made great progress, but in the quality control of some of the more prominent problems still exist business. As a new technology to lead the construction industry informatization, BIM based information technology platform for project participants to exchange information and work together, to avoid mistakes in the process of information transmission, to further improve the construction project information and integration level of.BIM building information model through the integration and unification of all construction projects the relevant information and data, establish the model based on the simulation of.BIM integrated on the building, the use of digital information relevance, optimization, Co The tonal characteristics, can the construction simulation and collision detection of construction project, which is not available in traditional construction project quality control technology advantages, BIM technology to adapt to the needs of the construction industry quality control information and integration, quality control technology development representative. Therefore, it is necessary for the construction of BIM the quality control system based on in-depth study. In this paper, through the study of a large number of documents, combined with related cases, research on the connotation of BIM elements and the principle of technology based on summary of the existing construction project quality control theory and the traditional quality control methods, found in the thought of project quality control, and the way of existence work on the technical problems. On this basis, this paper from a new perspective, BIM technology will be integrated into the quality control of construction engineering, aiming at the existing problems in 11 The inquiry. This paper studies the basic theories of BIM, introduces the characteristics and connotation of elements of BIM, and analyzes the technical principle of BIM; secondly study the theory and present situation of the construction project quality control, summarizes the traditional quality control of the content, method and influence factors, and pointed out the problems of quality control in the current stage the problem, analyzes the advantage and value of BIM technology into the quality control in construction project; third, aiming at the existing problems, the suitability of BIM technology in quality control, to solve the existing problems of quality control, elaborated the quality control of BIM engineering, technology and work methods of the change, and from the five factors that influence the quality and PDCA cycle describes the application of BIM in quality control; finally, the 3D building information model, introducing the time information and quality information, create 5D Building information quality control model. By building BIM information platform, the BIM quality control framework is formed, and the quality control process is rebuilt. Combined with related cases, the specific application of BIM in implementation project is explained in detail.
