【摘要】：上個(gè)世紀(jì)70-80年代建設(shè)的老居住小區(qū),擁有完善的生活配套設(shè)施和社會(huì)資源,交通便利,是城市居住區(qū)中重要的組成部分。但隨著時(shí)間的發(fā)展,這些老居住小區(qū)戶(hù)外活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地缺乏,使其不能滿(mǎn)足人們追求高層次的精神生活的需要,無(wú)法適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代人對(duì)于戶(hù)外活動(dòng)的需求。本文通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的查閱和研讀,對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙三個(gè)老居住小區(qū)戶(hù)外活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地的實(shí)地調(diào)查,運(yùn)用城市規(guī)劃學(xué)、風(fēng)景園林學(xué)、行為心理學(xué)等多個(gè)學(xué)科,對(duì)其改造設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了較為深入的探討。論文主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾方面：(一)長(zhǎng)沙市老居住小區(qū)戶(hù)外活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研。選取長(zhǎng)沙老居住小區(qū)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,對(duì)當(dāng)前老居住小區(qū)戶(hù)外活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地的使用現(xiàn)狀,人員結(jié)構(gòu),活動(dòng)內(nèi)容等進(jìn)行調(diào)查,分析其形成的原因。(二)老居住小區(qū)戶(hù)外活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地改造設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)方法研究。以現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查為依據(jù)基礎(chǔ),從城市規(guī)劃的角度研究戶(hù)外活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地,力圖建造一個(gè)布局合理,尺度適宜、功能齊全的戶(hù)外活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地。(三)長(zhǎng)沙老居住小區(qū)--望月湖小區(qū)改造設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)對(duì)望月湖小區(qū)的改造設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行實(shí)際案例的運(yùn)用與驗(yàn)證。該論文旨在對(duì)老居住小區(qū)的戶(hù)外活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,為老居住小區(qū)的環(huán)境建設(shè)提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In 0th century, the old residential district was built in 1970s and 1980s, with perfect living facilities and social resources, convenient transportation, which is an important part of urban residential area, but with the development of time. These old residential areas lack of outdoor activities, so that they can not meet the needs of people to pursue high-level spiritual life. Can not adapt to the needs of modern people for outdoor activities. Through the reference and study of domestic and foreign literature, the field investigation of outdoor activities in three old residential areas of Changsha, the use of urban planning, landscape architecture. Behavioral psychology and other disciplines. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: (1) investigation of outdoor activities in the old residential district of Changsha. The old residential district in Changsha is selected as the object of investigation. The current situation of outdoor activities in the old residential area, personnel structure, activity content and so on were investigated. Analysis of the reasons for its formation. (2) the old residential district outdoor activity site design system research. Based on the status of investigation, from the perspective of urban planning to study outdoor activity site. Try to build a reasonable layout, appropriate scale, full-featured outdoor activities. (3) Changsha old residential district-Wangyue Lake district transformation design. Through the transformation design of Wangyue Lake district. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the outdoor activities of the old residential district and to provide theoretical guidance for the environmental construction of the old residential district.
