【摘要】:開口薄壁梁在相同的橫截面面積下可以獲得更大的剛度,因而在各種建筑結(jié)構(gòu)和橋梁工程中得到廣泛的應用。為了確保其正常的工作,必須建立符合實際變形情況的開口薄壁梁力學模型,傳統(tǒng)的符拉索夫理論由于抓住了其主要變形特征而在工程中廣泛使用,但該理論忽略了二次剪應力對結(jié)構(gòu)性能的影響,使其應用大受限制。為考慮剪切變形對開口薄壁梁約束扭轉(zhuǎn)的影響,本文在符拉索夫開口薄壁梁理論的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展了考慮剪切變形影響的開口薄壁梁約束扭轉(zhuǎn)理論,主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1、探討了開口薄壁梁約束扭轉(zhuǎn)的靜力行為,對考慮剪切變形影響的開口薄壁梁約束扭轉(zhuǎn)理論進行推導,給出了初參數(shù)法的一般解法,并推導了在不同扭矩荷載和邊界條件下的位移及內(nèi)力表達式。2、針對考慮剪切變形影響的開口薄壁梁約束扭轉(zhuǎn)理論中出現(xiàn)的扭轉(zhuǎn)剪應力不均勻系數(shù),推導了幾種常見的開口薄壁截面扭轉(zhuǎn)剪應力不均勻系數(shù)的精確表達式,分析了扭轉(zhuǎn)剪應力不均勻系數(shù)隨高寬比、高厚比以及寬厚比等參數(shù)的影響規(guī)律。3、鑒于考慮剪切變形影響的開口薄壁梁約束扭轉(zhuǎn)的解析解公式比較復雜,本文為得到與Timoshenko梁理論有類似的簡化公式,探討了圣維南扭矩可以忽略時的情形,闡述了簡化方法與考慮剪切變形影響的解之間誤差來源,定義剪切變形影響參數(shù),給出了不同結(jié)構(gòu)不同扭矩荷載下簡化方法與解析解之間要達到5%的誤差所需要的條件;分別對槽型截面和Z型截面梁進行了參數(shù)分析,定量的分析了各種理論與考慮剪切變形理論之間的誤差大小隨參數(shù)變化的趨勢并得出了相關(guān)結(jié)論。4、對開口薄壁梁在橫向、縱向偏心荷載作用下的約束扭轉(zhuǎn)進行分析,將開口薄壁梁所受的偏心荷載作為一種外加雙力矩考慮,推導了一些常見結(jié)構(gòu)在偏心荷載作用下的變形及內(nèi)力表達式;對槽型梁受縱向荷載進行了參數(shù)分析,定量地分析了各種理論與考慮剪切變形理論之間的誤差大小隨參數(shù)變化的趨勢并得出了相關(guān)結(jié)論;同時分析了翹曲應力占總應力的百分比隨參數(shù)變化的趨勢并得出了相關(guān)結(jié)論。5、開口薄壁梁受軸向偏心彎矩荷載產(chǎn)生約束扭轉(zhuǎn)時,按其彎曲中心的計算公式將不再適用。
[Abstract]:Open thin-walled beam can obtain greater stiffness under the same cross-section area, so it has been widely used in various building structures and bridge engineering, in order to ensure its normal work. It is necessary to establish a mechanical model of thin-walled open beam in accordance with the actual deformation. The traditional Frasov theory is widely used in engineering because of its main deformation characteristics. However, the theory ignores the influence of secondary shear stress on the performance of the structure, so its application is greatly restricted. In order to consider the effect of shear deformation on the restrained torsion of thin-walled beam with openings. In this paper, the constrained torsion theory of thin-walled open beam considering the effect of shear deformation is developed on the basis of the theory of open thin-walled beam. The main research contents are as follows: 1. The static behavior of constrained torsion of thin-walled open beam is discussed. The constrained torsion theory of thin-walled open beam considering shear deformation is deduced, and the general solution of initial parameter method is given. The expressions of displacement and internal force under different torsional loads and boundary conditions are derived. The torsional shear stress inhomogeneity coefficient appears in the constrained torsion theory of thin-walled open beam considering the effect of shear deformation. In this paper, the exact expressions of torsional shear stress inhomogeneity coefficient of thin-wall section are derived, and the influence of the parameters such as aspect ratio, ratio of height to thickness and ratio of width to thickness on torsional shear stress inhomogeneity coefficient is analyzed. 3. In view of the complexity of analytical solution formula for constrained torsion of thin-walled beam with shear deformation, the simplified formula is obtained in this paper, which is similar to that of Timoshenko beam theory. In this paper, the case of San Venan torque can be neglected is discussed. The error source between the simplified method and the solution considering the influence of shear deformation is expounded, and the influence parameters of shear deformation are defined. The conditions for the error of 5% between the simplified method and the analytical solution under different torsional loads are given. The parameter analysis of grooved section and Z section beam is carried out, and the trend of error between various theories and considering shear deformation theory is analyzed quantitatively, and the relevant conclusion is drawn. 4. The restrained torsion of thin-walled open beam under transverse and longitudinal eccentric loads is analyzed. The eccentric load of thin-walled open beam is considered as a kind of external double moment. The expressions of deformation and internal force of some common structures under eccentric load are derived. The parameter analysis of slot beam subjected to longitudinal load is carried out, and the trend of error between various theories and considering shear deformation theory with parameter variation is quantitatively analyzed and the relevant conclusions are drawn. At the same time, the variation trend of the percentage of warpage stress to total stress with parameters is analyzed and the conclusion is drawn. 5. When the shedding thin-walled beam is subjected to axial eccentric bending moment load, the restrained torsion is obtained. The formula based on its bending center will no longer apply.
