【摘要】:工程項目進度管理是工程建設項目管理中至關重要的環(huán)節(jié),工程項目進度管理貫穿于項目管理實施的各個環(huán)節(jié),科學完善的項目進度管理能夠有效的保障項目實施過程中項目進度計劃的執(zhí)行,從而規(guī)避項目工期風險,降低項目工期延誤帶來的人力、物力、財力的增加,保障工程項目進度的順利實施。濰坊科技學院附屬幼兒園建設項目是根據(jù)學院特點和近些年的發(fā)展規(guī)劃,為了滿足學院廣大教職工子女生活、學習的需求,對學院的發(fā)展和規(guī)劃有重要的意義。以往幼兒園建設項目中存在著項目進度計劃不健全,項目進度動態(tài)管理缺失,項目進度管理資源調(diào)配及勞動力安排不足,嚴重阻礙了幼兒園建設項目順利實施,拖延了廣大學子及家長的生活與學習。因此,綜合運用項目管理理論及項目進度管理理論,通過對濰坊科技學院項目進度計劃的制定與執(zhí)行,針對項目進度計劃進行檢查和調(diào)整,保障濰坊科技學院附屬幼兒園項目順利完成預定的進度可控制目標。基于文獻分析法與案例分析法,將理論分析與實證研究相結合,以濰坊科技學院附屬幼兒園建設項目進度管理為研究對象,分析項目進度管理計劃的編制與實施,提出項目進度計劃實施的保障措施。首先,緒論部分,概述了研究背景及研究意義,分析了項目進度管理國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,簡要描述了本文研究內(nèi)容及研究方法;其次,理論概述部分,在分析項目進度管理的目標與內(nèi)容的基礎上提出項目進度計劃編制的作用及項目進度計劃編制的方法,探究項目進度控制的原理、跟蹤檢查、偏差監(jiān)測及調(diào)整等,為研究奠定理論基礎;再者,針對濰坊科技學院附屬幼兒園建設項目的概況,分析了項目立項背景、工期計劃、建設內(nèi)容、進度管理架構及項目期限要求;第四,濰坊科技學院附屬幼兒園建設項目進度計劃編制,分析項目進度控制原則及項目進度計劃編制方法分析的基礎上,進行項目工作結構分解,確定項目邏輯關系及工作程序,進行項目工作責任分配,從而提出項目進度網(wǎng)絡計劃及項目進度安排;第五,基于項目進度循環(huán)動態(tài)控制的原理,提出濰坊科技學院附屬幼兒園建設項目進度控制體系,進行項目進度動態(tài)監(jiān)測及項目進度檢查,從而進行項目進度更新調(diào)整;最后,在對以上分析的基礎上提出濰坊科技學院附屬幼兒園建設項目進度保障措施,從項目組織與計劃管理、項目資源調(diào)配、項目勞動力安排及項目應急計劃管理方面保障濰坊科技學院附屬幼兒園建設項目進度管理。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management is an important link in engineering construction project management. Project schedule management runs through all aspects of project management. Scientific and perfect project schedule management can effectively ensure the implementation of the project schedule in the process of implementation, thereby avoiding the project duration risk, reduce the project time delay brought about by the increase of manpower, material and financial resources. Weifang Institute of Science and Technology affiliated kindergarten construction project is based on the characteristics of the college and recent years of development planning, in order to meet the college staff children's life, learning needs. It is of great significance to the development and planning of the college. In the past, there are some problems in the kindergarten construction projects, such as the unsound project schedule plan, the lack of dynamic management of the project schedule, the insufficient allocation of resources and the labor force arrangement of the project schedule management. It seriously hinders the smooth implementation of kindergarten construction projects, and delays the life and learning of students and parents. Therefore, the comprehensive use of project management theory and project schedule management theory. Through the Weifang Institute of Science and Technology project progress plan formulation and implementation of the project progress plan for inspection and adjustment. To ensure that Weifang Institute of Science and Technology affiliated kindergarten project successfully completed the scheduled progress of controllable goals. Based on the literature analysis and case analysis, the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research. Weifang Institute of Science and Technology affiliated kindergarten construction project schedule management as the research object, analysis of the project schedule management plan preparation and implementation, put forward the implementation of the project progress plan protection measures. First, the introduction part. This paper summarizes the research background and significance, analyzes the current research situation of project schedule management at home and abroad, and briefly describes the research contents and research methods of this paper. Secondly, the theory overview part, on the basis of analyzing the goal and content of project schedule management, puts forward the function of project schedule planning and the method of project schedule planning, and probes into the principle of project schedule control. Tracking inspection, deviation monitoring and adjustment, etc., to lay a theoretical foundation for the study; Furthermore, according to the general situation of the kindergarten construction project attached to Weifang Institute of Science and Technology, this paper analyzes the background of the project, the project duration plan, the construction content, the schedule management structure and the project deadline requirements. 4th, Weifang Institute of Science and Technology affiliated kindergarten construction project schedule preparation, analysis of the project progress control principles and project schedule planning method analysis on the basis of the project work structure decomposition. Define the logical relationship and working procedure of the project, assign the responsibility of the project work, and put forward the project schedule network plan and the schedule arrangement of the project. 5th, based on the principle of project progress cycle dynamic control, proposed Weifang Institute of Science and Technology attached kindergarten project progress control system, dynamic monitoring of project progress and project progress inspection. In order to update the schedule of the project adjustment; Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, proposed the Weifang Institute of Science and Technology affiliated kindergarten construction project schedule support measures, from the project organization and planning management, project resource allocation. Project labor arrangement and project emergency plan management guarantee Weifang Institute of Science and Technology affiliated kindergarten construction project schedule management.
