【摘要】:質(zhì)量控制是工程項(xiàng)目的核心,是決定整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目成敗的關(guān)鍵,新型社區(qū)的建設(shè)為城市化進(jìn)程的加快奠定了基礎(chǔ),也為農(nóng)村合村并居以及農(nóng)民的生活具有重要意義,因而新型社區(qū)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的質(zhì)量控制就尤為重要。建筑項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量既關(guān)系到整個(gè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的效益的發(fā)揮,又關(guān)系到農(nóng)民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)的安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定。雖然我國(guó)工程項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)能力穩(wěn)步提高,但一些普通的工業(yè)或民用建筑工程,尤其是建筑社區(qū)住宅工程的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題比較突出。因此,研究如何加強(qiáng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量控制具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在總結(jié)前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)歸納現(xiàn)有理論成果,對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的相關(guān)理論和方法進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。本文以榮盛家園新型社區(qū)項(xiàng)目為例進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制,共分為六個(gè)部分:首先是對(duì)質(zhì)量控制的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,提出了本文的研究框架和研究方法。然后從質(zhì)量的概念出發(fā),到項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的理論,論述了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的相關(guān)理論,提出了質(zhì)量控制的形成過(guò)程以及各個(gè)質(zhì)量控制的階段。第三部分針對(duì)農(nóng)村新型社區(qū)建設(shè)的具體情況,指出其發(fā)展概況和進(jìn)程,以及發(fā)展模式,說(shuō)明質(zhì)量控制在實(shí)施過(guò)程中的應(yīng)用。第四部分分析榮盛家園新型社區(qū)項(xiàng)目在質(zhì)量控制方面存在的問(wèn)題,主要包括環(huán)境因素、材料因素、設(shè)備因素、人員與管理因素。第五部分為榮盛家園新型社區(qū)項(xiàng)目各階段的質(zhì)量控制。首先介紹了質(zhì)量控制的方法,著重介紹PDCA循環(huán)方法,說(shuō)明了PDCA的概念,注意事項(xiàng)和具體工具,如直方圖、排列圖、因果分析、控制圖以及分層法。。然后分別對(duì)榮盛家園新型社區(qū)項(xiàng)目在決策與設(shè)計(jì)階段、施工與驗(yàn)收階段進(jìn)行具體的質(zhì)量控制,重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了施工階段的質(zhì)量控制。最后一部分得出相關(guān)結(jié)論和展望。
[Abstract]:Quality control is the core of the project, the whole project is key to the success of the project, the construction of new community for the city to speed up the process laid the foundation for rural village and has important significance in and peasant life, and quality control of the new community project construction is particularly important. Not only relates to the whole project construction the benefit of the quality of construction projects, and related to the farmers' life and property safety, economic development and social stability. Although the ability of construction engineering project in our country has improved steadily, but some general industrial and civil construction engineering, especially the quality of the construction of community residential projects more prominent. Therefore, practical the significance of research on how to strengthen the quality control of construction projects. Based on the summary of previous research results, through summarizing the existing theoretical results, the construction item The related theory and method of project quality control were studied. In this paper, Rong Sheng home new community project as an example of quality control, is divided into six parts: the first is to review the situation of quality control at home and abroad, puts forward the research framework and research methods of this paper. Then in view of quality the concept of project quality control theory, discusses the related theory of project quality control, the quality control of the forming process and quality control of each stage. The third part is specific for the construction of new rural communities, and points out its development and progress, and the mode of development, to show the application of quality control in the implementation process. The fourth part analyzes the Rongsheng home new community projects in the aspects of quality control, including environmental factors, material factors, equipment factors, personnel and management factors. The fifth part is the quality control of Rongsheng new home community in different stages of the project. First introduces the quality control method, emphatically introduces the PDCA circulation method, the concept of PDCA, attention and specific tools, such as histogram, Pareto Diagram, cause and effect analysis, control chart and method. Then the layer of Rongsheng new homes community projects in decision-making and design stage, construction stage and acceptance of concrete quality control, the quality control of the construction phase. The last part draws a conclusion and prospect.
