【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)村落傳承著中華民族的歷史記憶、生產生活智慧、文化藝術結晶和民族地域特色,是中國傳統(tǒng)文化的根之一,從2012年住建部等部門聯合成立傳統(tǒng)村落保護和發(fā)展專家委員會及工作組至今,建設部等部門已經在全國范圍內認定和公布了2555個中國傳統(tǒng)村落,傳統(tǒng)村落工作上升到前所未有的高度,傳統(tǒng)村落的保護利用成為該工作的核心內容。在傳統(tǒng)村落工作開展的同時,全國各地也在積極開展美麗宜居村莊的創(chuàng)建工作。本次研究將這兩項工作內容相結合,希望在美麗宜居的視角下做好傳統(tǒng)村落的保護和利用工作。論文從傳統(tǒng)村落保護面臨的主要背景入手,提出開發(fā)破壞是當前傳統(tǒng)村落保護面臨的主要問題,總結浙江省傳統(tǒng)村落保護經驗,提出通過美麗宜居村莊建設加強對傳統(tǒng)村落的保護,重點保護好村莊的“綠水青山”和“文脈”,加強基礎設施、公共服務設施建設和環(huán)境整治,合理利用文化遺產,避免過度開發(fā),論文以荻港村傳統(tǒng)村落保護為例,提出如何通過美麗宜居村莊建設促進傳統(tǒng)村落保護開發(fā),對傳統(tǒng)村落的保護利用有重要的啟示意義。本文分為五個章節(jié)：第一章緒論,提出本次研究的背景、意義及研究內容等。第二章介紹美麗宜居村莊和傳統(tǒng)村落保護相關研究和浙江省部分村莊在傳統(tǒng)村落保護利用工作中的經驗。第三章分析在美麗宜居視角下考慮傳統(tǒng)村落保護利用的原因和要點。第四章研究湖州南潯區(qū)荻港村傳統(tǒng)村落的價值,為后續(xù)保護利用工作提供價值判斷。第五章通過對湖州南潯區(qū)荻港村的實證研究,提出該傳統(tǒng)村落的保護利用策略。第六章結語傳統(tǒng)村落保護與利用是一項長期工作,仍有很多工作需進一步加強和完善。
[Abstract]:The traditional village inherits the Chinese nation's historical memory, produces the life wisdom, the culture art crystallization and the national region characteristic, is one of the roots of the Chinese traditional culture. Since 2012, the Ministry of Housing and Construction and other departments have jointly set up the traditional Village Protection and Development expert Committee and working Group. Since then, the Ministry of Construction and other departments have identified and published 2555 Chinese traditional villages nationwide. The traditional village work rises to an unprecedented height, the protection and utilization of the traditional village becomes the core content of the work, while the traditional village work is carried out. Around the country is also actively engaged in the creation of beautiful livable villages. This study will combine the two work content. I hope to do a good job in the protection and utilization of traditional villages from the perspective of beautiful livable. This paper starts with the main background of the protection of traditional villages and points out that the development and destruction is the main problem facing the protection of traditional villages. Summing up the experience of protection of traditional villages in Zhejiang Province, it is proposed that the protection of traditional villages should be strengthened through the construction of beautiful and livable villages, and the "green water and green mountains" and "cultural context" of villages should be protected well, and the infrastructure should be strengthened. Public service facilities construction and environmental renovation, reasonable use of cultural heritage, avoid over-exploitation, the paper takes the protection of traditional villages in Tigang Village as an example, and puts forward how to promote the development of traditional villages through the construction of beautiful and livable villages. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is introduction, and the background of this study is put forward. The second chapter introduces the research on the protection of beautiful livable villages and traditional villages, and the experiences of some villages in the protection and utilization of traditional villages in Zhejiang province. Chapter three analyzes the consideration from the perspective of beautiful livability. Chapter 4th studies the value of the traditional village of Tigang Village in Nanxun District, Huzhou. 5th chapter through the Nanxun District Huzhou Nanxun Village of empirical research. In the conclusion of Chapter 6th, the protection and utilization of traditional villages is a long-term work, and there is still a lot of work to be further strengthened and improved.
