【摘要】：我國老齡化問題日趨嚴重,傳統(tǒng)的養(yǎng)老模式已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)今老年人對物質(zhì)以及精神上的需求,所以順應社會需要,出現(xiàn)了養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)這個以社區(qū)養(yǎng)老為基礎,機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老為支撐的全新養(yǎng)老模式。在對我國現(xiàn)有養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)以及對國外養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)的分析下,筆者認為上海親和源老年社區(qū)是一個現(xiàn)階段來說較為成功的養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)的案例,具有分析研究的意義。親和源的模式相當于由美國創(chuàng)立的CCRC模式的養(yǎng)老社區(qū)的學習與傳承,但是又結(jié)合我國自身的國情做出了一些調(diào)整。本文結(jié)合老年人自身的特殊性以及老齡化的心理、生理特點,以及通過對上海親和源老年社區(qū)的室內(nèi)外公共空間的使用現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研,總結(jié)出了養(yǎng)老社區(qū)中建筑室內(nèi)外公共空間環(huán)境的營造質(zhì)量對老年人的生活品質(zhì)有著很大的影響。本文以上海親和源老年社區(qū)的建筑室內(nèi)外公共空間為例,進行了較為全面的分析研究,對社區(qū)規(guī)劃設計、建筑室內(nèi)外環(huán)境設計、建筑內(nèi)部平面布置、各功能空間的適老化設計等做了較為詳細的論述,并且逐個分析它們的現(xiàn)狀、亮點、問題,以及做出了改進意見與改進設計,希望能為以后養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)的室內(nèi)外公共空間設計貢獻一份力量,在室內(nèi)外公共空間環(huán)境營造方面,希望能為創(chuàng)造一個適合老年人使用的安全、舒適的室內(nèi)外公共空間環(huán)境提供一些可以參考的設計策略。
[Abstract]:The aging problem is becoming more and more serious in our country. The traditional old-age model can not meet the material and spiritual needs of the elderly nowadays, so the old-age real estate, which is based on the community pension, has emerged in accordance with the needs of the society. Under the analysis of the existing endowment real estate of our country as well as the foreign endowment real estate. The author believes that Shanghai affinity source elderly community is a successful case of old-age real estate at this stage. The model of affinity source is equivalent to the learning and inheritance of the CCRC model established by the United States. But also combined with our own national conditions to make some adjustments. This paper combines the particularity of the elderly as well as the psychological and physiological characteristics of aging. And through the Shanghai Affinity Source elderly community indoor and outdoor public space use survey. This paper summarizes that the quality of building indoor and outdoor public space environment has a great impact on the quality of life of the elderly in the pension community. A more comprehensive analysis of the design of community planning, indoor and outdoor environment design, the layout of the interior of the building, the aging design of each functional space and so on have been discussed in detail. And one by one analysis of their status, highlights, problems, as well as to make improvement suggestions and improved design, hoping to contribute to the future pension estate indoor and outdoor public space design contribution to a strength. In the aspect of indoor and outdoor public space environment construction, the author hopes to provide some reference design strategies for creating a safe and comfortable indoor and outdoor public space environment suitable for the elderly.
