【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),人們的物質(zhì)環(huán)境發(fā)展迅速,物質(zhì)生活不斷提高,在老齡化飛速發(fā)展的時(shí)代,純粹的居家養(yǎng)老不能夠完全滿足老人們對(duì)于晚年生活的精神追求。而異地養(yǎng)老模式能夠帶給老年人養(yǎng)老生活新的體驗(yàn),異地養(yǎng)老模式是順應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的,這一養(yǎng)老模式的產(chǎn)生,一方面能夠幫助解決部分城市養(yǎng)老擁擠問題,緩解地區(qū)之間養(yǎng)老環(huán)境發(fā)展不平衡的狀況,另一方面能夠幫助帶動(dòng)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)并且提高老人的精神生活。異地養(yǎng)老模式目前發(fā)展還不成熟,所以很多老年療養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)在處理異地養(yǎng)老的問題上也有缺口,本文通過現(xiàn)狀分析,調(diào)研以及問卷的形式對(duì)有過異地養(yǎng)老經(jīng)歷的老人進(jìn)行問卷與訪談?wù){(diào)查,并且針對(duì)幾個(gè)老年療養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行的實(shí)地調(diào)查,從一系列調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)異地養(yǎng)老模式與老年療養(yǎng)建筑之間的矛盾問題。本文對(duì)異地養(yǎng)老的功能、類型以及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與分析,并提煉出異地養(yǎng)老與老年療養(yǎng)院之間問題的誘因以及矛盾的解決方式,從而為調(diào)查研究以及策略生成進(jìn)行方向指導(dǎo)。通過問卷、訪談以及實(shí)地考察的方式針對(duì)老年療養(yǎng)建筑的使用者與經(jīng)營(yíng)者進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,并從環(huán)境因素、空間使用、交通流線、場(chǎng)地設(shè)計(jì)等方面針對(duì)異地養(yǎng)老人群的使用狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,從中抽取異地養(yǎng)老與老年療養(yǎng)院之間的聯(lián)系,并生成建筑設(shè)計(jì)策略,以此指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:With the economic growth, people's material environment is developing rapidly, material life is constantly improving, in the age of rapid development of aging. The pure home pension can not fully meet the spiritual pursuit of the old people's life in old age. And the mode of providing for the aged in different places can bring the old people a new experience of life for the aged, and the mode of providing for the aged in different places is produced in accordance with the development of the society. On the one hand, it can help to solve the problem of pension congestion in some cities and alleviate the imbalance of the development of pension environment between regions. On the other hand, it can help promote the urban economy and improve the spiritual life of the elderly. The mode of providing for the aged in different places is not mature at present, so many nursing institutions for the elderly have a gap in dealing with the problem of providing for the aged in different places. Through the analysis of the current situation, research and questionnaire form of the elderly who have experienced in different places to conduct questionnaires and interviews, and a field survey for several institutions for the elderly. This paper summarizes and analyzes the functions, types and characteristics of old-age care in different places. And extract the causes and solutions of the problems between the aged and the nursing home in different places, so as to guide the investigation and strategy generation through the questionnaire. Interviews and field visits were conducted for the elderly convalescent building users and operators, and from environmental factors, space use, traffic flow. Site design and other aspects of the use of the elderly in different places were investigated, from which the relationship between the aged and the nursing home was extracted, and the architectural design strategy was generated to guide the design.
