【摘要】：在過去10年中,中國城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)道路不斷升級,城鎮(zhèn)化是現(xiàn)代化的必由之路,是推動區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的有力支撐。2014年《國家新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃(2014-2020年)》的頒布,是今后一個時期指導(dǎo)全國城鎮(zhèn)化健康發(fā)展的宏觀性、戰(zhàn)略性、基礎(chǔ)性的規(guī)劃,也是中央頒布實施的第一個城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃。規(guī)劃中明確指出在發(fā)揮中心城市輻射帶動作用的同時,要加快中小城市的發(fā)展,有重點地發(fā)展小城鎮(zhèn)。小城鎮(zhèn)雖然在內(nèi)涵上具有一定的城鎮(zhèn)特征,但其具有自身特色,本論文首先對小城鎮(zhèn)的概念、特征進行的分析闡述,面對小城鎮(zhèn)與城市和鄉(xiāng)村的差異,我們在發(fā)展小城鎮(zhèn)道路中,不能生搬硬套城市發(fā)展的套路。小城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展離不開基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè),基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是小城鎮(zhèn)的健康運營的保障,為居民提供優(yōu)質(zhì)生活基礎(chǔ)條件。論文對小城鎮(zhèn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施現(xiàn)狀問題進行分析,以景觀與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施結(jié)合的角度出發(fā),運用景觀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的理論,針對當(dāng)今小城鎮(zhèn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施顯現(xiàn)出的適應(yīng)力低、后期管理不力、建設(shè)重復(fù)等問題提出小城鎮(zhèn)景觀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的設(shè)計。通過對小城鎮(zhèn)景觀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展的動力機制和發(fā)展出現(xiàn)的問題進行的分析論文提出了設(shè)計策略,包括增強小城鎮(zhèn)景觀基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)施的外部正效應(yīng)、創(chuàng)造高效能的小城鎮(zhèn)景觀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和與自然緊密聯(lián)系的小城鎮(zhèn)景觀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)。而后通過多學(xué)科的合作、新型材料和科學(xué)技術(shù)的支撐和政策法規(guī)的引導(dǎo),提出小城鎮(zhèn)景觀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的實施策略。接下來選擇小城鎮(zhèn)中發(fā)展問題較為突出的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施類型進行景觀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施設(shè)計的詳細(xì)論述,分別為小城鎮(zhèn)供水與排水景觀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、防災(zāi)減災(zāi)景觀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、環(huán)境景觀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和交通景觀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施四種類型。最后通過實際案列對小城鎮(zhèn)景觀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施進行探討和分析。希望本文可以為當(dāng)下小城鎮(zhèn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展、新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)提供有效可行的技術(shù)手段。
[Abstract]:In the past 10 years, Chinese road of urbanization upgrading, modern urbanization is the only way which must be passed, is a strong support to promote the coordinated development of regional.2014 annual "national new urbanization plan (2014-2020)" promulgated, is a macro, the next period to guide the healthy development of the national urbanization strategic foundation the planning, planning first urbanization is central promulgation. Plan clearly states that the leading role of radiation in the center of the city to play at the same time, to speed up the development of small and medium-sized city, focus on the development of small towns. Although the connotation of small towns and towns with certain characteristics, but it has its own characteristics, this paper first, the concept of small towns, analysis of the characteristics of the paper, facing the difference of small towns and city and countryside, we in the development of small towns in the road, can not be applied mechanically city development of small town routines. Development cannot do without the construction of infrastructure, infrastructure is the small town of the healthy operation of protection, provide high-quality basic conditions for residents. This paper makes an analysis on the current situation of small town infrastructure problems, combined with the landscape and infrastructure perspective, using the theory of landscape infrastructure, the infrastructure of small towns show the adaptability is low, the late management, repeated construction of proposed design of small town landscape infrastructure. The thesis through the dynamic mechanism and the development of small town landscape infrastructure problems puts forward the design strategies, including strengthening the external landscape facilities on the basis of small towns is to create efficient small effect. Urban landscape infrastructure construction and close contact with the natural landscape of small towns infrastructure construction. Then through multidisciplinary cooperation, new material and Science Technical support and policy guidance, put forward the implementation strategy of small town landscape infrastructure. Then select the small towns development problems are more prominent types of infrastructure in detail landscape infrastructure design, respectively for the small town water supply and drainage landscape infrastructure, disaster prevention and mitigation landscape infrastructure, infrastructure and environment landscape four types of traffic landscape infrastructure. Finally, through the actual case to explore and analyze the landscape of small towns infrastructure. I hope this can be for the sustainable development of the small towns, to provide effective and feasible technology measures the construction of new urbanization.
