【摘要】：班組是建筑工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)最基層組織,施工安全事故多發(fā)生在班組。施工班組安全氛圍測(cè)度研究不但是建筑工程安全氛圍研究的重要內(nèi)容,也有助于預(yù)防或減少安全事故的發(fā)生,所以進(jìn)行建筑工程施工班組安全氛圍測(cè)度研究是具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本論文遵循理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、定性與定量相結(jié)合的研究思路,對(duì)建筑工程施工班組安全氛圍進(jìn)行了全面而深入的分析。論文采用了文獻(xiàn)分析法、調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、主成分分析、結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型等方法,對(duì)施工班組安全氛圍的理論基礎(chǔ)、概念和內(nèi)涵、形成機(jī)理、維度指標(biāo)體系與測(cè)度方法進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,主要內(nèi)容如下：首先,簡(jiǎn)述了本論文的研究背景和研究意義,綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外安全氛圍的研究現(xiàn)狀,并進(jìn)行了評(píng)述,從而形成論文研究的基本思路,設(shè)計(jì)了本論文研究的內(nèi)容架構(gòu)、技術(shù)路線以及研究方法。其次,基于管理心理學(xué)理論、群體動(dòng)力理論、安全管理理論和組織支持理論,對(duì)建筑工程施工班組、施工班組安全氛圍的概念進(jìn)行了定義,結(jié)合共享心智模型,分析了施工班組的特征,闡述了施工班組安全氛圍的形成機(jī)理。第三,識(shí)別施工班組安全氛圍的初步維度指標(biāo),為保證指標(biāo)的合理性和準(zhǔn)確性,通過(guò)專家訪談,重新調(diào)整了維度指標(biāo)。通過(guò)對(duì)施工人員進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,運(yùn)用主成分分析法,最終確定了施工班組安全氛圍的9個(gè)一級(jí)維度和28個(gè)二級(jí)維度,并構(gòu)建了施工班組安全氛圍測(cè)度量表。最后,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的方法,構(gòu)建了施工班組安全氛圍測(cè)度體系,并研究了指標(biāo)體系內(nèi)部的相互影響關(guān)系。在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用安全氛圍測(cè)度量表,對(duì)江蘇某在建項(xiàng)目的架子工班組進(jìn)行了安全氛圍測(cè)度研究。通過(guò)以上內(nèi)容的研究,論文取得的成果有：對(duì)建筑工程施工班組、安全氛圍的概念和內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了深入探討；闡述了施工班組安全氛圍形成機(jī)理：識(shí)別了施工班組安全氛圍維度指標(biāo)；確定了施工班組安全氛圍測(cè)度量表；構(gòu)建了施工班組安全氛圍測(cè)度體系。通過(guò)本文的研究,提供了一個(gè)具有可操作性的建筑工程施工班組安全氛圍的測(cè)度方法,對(duì)提高施工班組安全氛圍,減少安全事故起到推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:The construction team is the most basic organization in the construction site, and the construction safety accidents mostly occur in the construction group. The study on the safety atmosphere measurement of the construction team is not only the important content of the construction engineering safety atmosphere research. It is also helpful to prevent or reduce the occurrence of safety accidents, so it is of great academic value and practical significance to study the safety atmosphere of construction teams and teams. This paper follows the combination of theory and practice. Qualitative and quantitative research ideas, the construction team safety atmosphere comprehensive and in-depth analysis. The paper uses the literature analysis method, questionnaire, principal component analysis. Structural equation model and other methods, the construction team safety atmosphere of the theoretical basis, concept and connotation, formation mechanism, dimensional index system and measurement methods were systematically studied, the main contents are as follows: first. This paper briefly describes the research background and significance of this paper, summarizes the domestic and foreign security atmosphere research status, and comments, thus forming the basic ideas of the paper research, designed the content framework of this paper. Secondly, based on the management psychology theory, group dynamics theory, safety management theory and organization support theory, the construction team. The concept of construction team safety atmosphere is defined, combined with shared mental model, the characteristics of construction team are analyzed, and the formation mechanism of construction team safety atmosphere is expounded. In order to ensure the rationality and accuracy of the safety atmosphere of construction team, the dimension index was adjusted through expert interviews, and the questionnaire survey was conducted to the construction staff. Using the principal component analysis method, the author finally determines 9 first class and 28 second class dimensions of the construction team safety atmosphere, and constructs the construction team safety atmosphere measurement scale. Finally, the method of structural equation model is used. Set up the construction team safety atmosphere measurement system, and study the mutual influence relationship within the index system. On the basis of the above research, use the safety atmosphere measure scale. Through the study of the safety atmosphere of a construction project in Jiangsu Province, the results of this paper are as follows: the construction team of the construction project. The concept and connotation of safety atmosphere are discussed deeply. The formation mechanism of construction team safety atmosphere is expounded: the dimensionality index of construction team safety atmosphere is identified; The construction team safety atmosphere measurement scale was determined. Through the research of this paper, it provides an operable method to measure the safe atmosphere of construction teams and groups, which can improve the safety atmosphere of construction teams. Reduce safety accidents to play a role in promoting.
