【摘要】：恒大國際金融中心C座塔樓地上42層,主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度174.4m,采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層L形平面布置。本文首先結(jié)合建筑方案及經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析說明了主體結(jié)構(gòu)的體系選型方案。隨后,系統(tǒng)介紹了項目設(shè)計過程中針對塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)平面不規(guī)則、豎向不規(guī)則及其他不規(guī)則項選用的計算措施和設(shè)計措施。同時,對塔樓設(shè)計選用的性能化設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行了具體陳述。最后,對塔樓關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件選用的補(bǔ)充計算方法和結(jié)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)措施進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)介紹。研究及設(shè)計結(jié)果表明:通過選用合理的計算措施和設(shè)計措施,原結(jié)構(gòu)的不規(guī)則性得到有效控制,結(jié)構(gòu)各項計算指標(biāo)可以較好的滿足規(guī)范要求,結(jié)構(gòu)安全、可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計可行。
[Abstract]:Evergrande International Financial Center C tower on the ground 42 stories, the main structure height of 174.4 m, using frame-shear wall structure system. Standard layer L-shape plane layout. This paper first combined with the building scheme and economic analysis to explain the main structure of the system selection scheme. Then, the system introduced the project design process for the irregular tower structure plane. The calculation measures and design measures of vertical irregular and other irregular items are selected. At the same time, the performance design method of tower design is described concretely. Finally. This paper mainly introduces the supplementary calculation method and structural strengthening measures for the key components of the tower. The research and design results show that reasonable calculation measures and design measures are selected. The irregularity of the original structure is effectively controlled, and the calculation indexes of the structure can better meet the requirements of the code. The structure is safe, reliable and feasible in structural design.
