【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)老年人口的不斷增多,人口老齡化趨勢(shì)日益明顯,我國(guó)正快速步入老齡化社會(huì),如何通過(guò)建筑設(shè)計(jì)的手段使老年人的生活更加舒適、居住環(huán)境更加安全成為我們亟待解決的問(wèn)題。依照我國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)觀念和現(xiàn)有國(guó)情,居家養(yǎng)老是更適宜我國(guó)社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀的養(yǎng)老方式。本文通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)老齡化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)的分析、對(duì)老年人生理與心理特點(diǎn)和居住特征分析確定居家養(yǎng)老為主要養(yǎng)老模式,結(jié)合邯鄲市人口老齡化發(fā)展的情況,通過(guò)走訪調(diào)查,對(duì)邯鄲市具有代表性的亞太世紀(jì)花園、明珠花園、趙都新城三個(gè)典型小區(qū)的現(xiàn)有住宅進(jìn)行適老化改造探索,將交通體系和住宅內(nèi)部空間改造地更加適老化,滿足不同家庭情況、身體狀況的老人的居住需求,使老人們可以更加舒適安全的在原有住宅內(nèi)頤養(yǎng)天年。由此總結(jié)出現(xiàn)有住宅適老化改造的原則和方法,以及現(xiàn)有住宅適老化改造的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。人口老齡化對(duì)社會(huì)的影響體現(xiàn)在方方面面,針對(duì)現(xiàn)有住宅進(jìn)行適老化改造更符合邯鄲市現(xiàn)有的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平和社會(huì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),本文希望通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)例的分析研究,為今后的住宅適老化改造工作提供一點(diǎn)啟示。
[Abstract]:Along with our country the growing elderly population, population aging trend is increasingly obvious, China is rapidly aging society, how to through the means of architectural design to enable the elderly to live a more comfortable, safer living environment has become the problems to be solved. According to the traditional concept of our country and existing conditions, home care is a pension the way is more suitable for the situation of our society. Through analyzing the actuality and trend of aging in China, and on the living characteristics and psychological characteristics of the elderly physiological analysis to determine the home care as the main pension model, combined with the aging of the population in Handan city development, through investigations, the representative of Handan City Asia Pacific Century Garden, pearl garden, Zhao town of existing residential three typical plots were suitable for aging transformation exploration, traffic system and residential interior renovation is more suitable Aging, meet the needs of different family circumstances, the physical condition of the elderly living needs, the old people can be more comfortable and safe care in the original residence. It summed up the principles and methods of residential aging transformation, as well as the development of the existing residential fitness aging transformation trend. The aging of the population is reflected in all aspects of society in view of the existing residential area, suitable for aging transformation more in line with the Handan city's existing economic level and social standard, this paper hopes to analysis examples, provide some enlightenment for the future residential renovation work suitable for aging.
